I personally noted changes that needed to be made. I was told it would take a few weeks to update the documents. After a couple of months I received a draft of the documents. The documents had so many errors, including changes that completely changed the fundamental structure of the will and trust agreement. I finally terminated any further contact with the firm. When we went to retrieve our documents, we were told Lance Mitchell was leaving the firm the next day!
