From the first phone call with Amy I noticed their attention to detail, and their ability to work quickly and attentively. At my initial consultation I noticed Jessica's calm and confident demeanor instantly. She was extremely well groomed, and her office was so tidy! Some attorneys I have spoken to in the process seemed too aggressive and almost scattered, all bark and no bite. I could tell by just listening to her talk me through my option how educated she was in the process. I noticed the team was extremely organized as well. My initial consultation was in February and when I went back in October they still had all of my information available, and remembered who I was. My divorce was delayed due to Covid, but the team was always available for me. There were some difficult situations during this time, but they always advised me very well. Some of the informative e-mails I received from Robin were well after office hours which I was completely impressed and grateful for. I solidified my gut instinct of this office being very different from the others when I saw how sloppy the paperwork was for the opposing counsel vs what this office had done for me.
