I immediately notified the front desk as this was not stated on the website in the spa policies. I was completely unaware that massages were prohibited as my doctor gave me the go ahead weeks earlier in the pregnancy. The spa insisted on charging us for the full service even though they refused it. They told me it was my husbands fault for not mentioning the pregnancy when he made the appointment. The cancellation policy states that no-shows and cancellations are subject to a charge, however this was a cancellation due to an unknown spa policy so seems completely unreasonable. I recommend that management considers clearly stating this in their policies to avoid unnecessary charges and wasting the time of their clients.

The problem here is that this is sooooooooooooo unprofessional in so many ways. She recommended I give my hair a break but I was never offered an alternative plan before abruptly canceling the entire appointment instead that again had to be scheduled 3 months in advance and then she never did anything to fix it but offer me a referral to someone else and times to rebook in freaking April. My hair might as well be died back dark by then with the kind of roots I would have by then. Soooooooooooo ridiculous Now I've been getting highlights for 25 years and NEVER had a hairstylist tell me to wait 10 weeks before a touch up first of all ......ESPECIALLY since I have a level 3 darkness to my hair which is dark brown. I would've been open to doing a root color and wait to do more bleach but I was not given that opportunity and obviously as soon as she cancelled my appointment again before consulting with me first the slits had filled up and when I asked her to make it right she basically told to screw off in so many words in my opinion so NO!!! think again before deciding to go to her.
