The biggest knock I would give this particular rest area/service plaza compared to the others in Southern Maine would be the fact you have to leave the highway system. It tacks on extra time that adds an extra level of annoyance. The place in general was clean including the bathrooms but could use an updating in my opinion. While the sinks are touch-less both the soap and paper towel dispensers were not. That seems like a pretty common standard but not here. I've been to worse rest stops but this could be significantly better as well.

You can usually see the same staff working which is another plus. Sometimes you'll have to wait a minute during peak hours like rush hour or the commute home. Always a fan of Big Apple stores!
