First of all, the mechanics are all SO friendly. I left my car for the inspection in the afternoon and picked it up in the evening (there were a few other cars ahead of me for inspection as well, so they estimated a 2-hour time frame for my car). I had my new license plates in the front seat of my car along with my registration sticker, all of which I was going to attach later that evening once I got my car back. When I went to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the mechanic installed both license plates and properly adhered the stickers to my window. I was so relieved! I wasn't thrilled to have to unscrew the old plates and screw on the new ones, so I was so happy they did it for me. During inspection, the mechanic noted one small issue with my car, so he gave me an estimate for the service they would do to it. I'm absolutely going to bring my car to Lambros for this, and for any future motor vehicle related thing.

I arrive before 9am, there is maybe one car in front of me and I'm done in about 20 minutes, tops. My bestie gets gas here faithfully(I usually full-up @ Costco). She doesn't think she should ever pump gas. Lol. Nonetheless, our favorite attendant is Andy. He is the sweetest biggest flirt not in a #metoo #creepsquad way. Just in a make your day brighter, leave with a smile kinda way. Overall good location and good in a clutch, especially in bad weather when you don't want to get out of your vehicle. It can be a line however when they get busy. You know when everyone seems to decide to get gas at the exact same time.

I'm just wondering why, each time I fuel, why am I able to pump more gallons of gas in my tank. I mean it's the same car, same gas tank. Same gas, well actually I'm using premium now. Yeah I'm living large but my car is living a champagne life. Guzzling expensive fuel and loving it. That may be the reason why I've stopped topping off at 12 gallons and now 14 to 15 gallons. The gas tank is thinking like the A T & T commercial... When something is good, you just want more! Blank stare! Fuel, something we all need in one way or another. Sensing I was having a crisis , the owner Pedro asked if he could help me. I found out immediately how decent and honest he was when he said he could fix it for only $30. He did it right away, and I added a huge tip! When Pedro fixed my car he noticed the brake pad was worn out. How lucky I was to find this out! Poor brakes could result in a catastrophe! I came back a week later, and Pedro replaced my rotors and brake pads. He charged me an extremely fair price for doing this work. When we offered to place a deposit to hold the car, John declined, stating they needed the title from BMW and recalls resolved before proceeding. We understood and asked if we could put a deposit down anyway. John then stated the dealership "didn't like selling to Texas buyers because the title process is challenging and they needed another department's approval." When we offered to place a deposit again, he declined. May 20th - My broker was informed the vehicle had been sold to a local buyer who placed a deposit--despite my willingness to deposit funds the previous day and offer to travel immediately. Refusing service or setting different terms based on a customer's state of residence violates consumer protection laws. Dealers are required to treat all buyers equally regardless of location. This does not reflect the standards I expect from a BMW dealership. If these are their standard business practices, I encourage you to conduct your business elsewhere.
