Since this is the only gasoline station on the Island Mr Hill doesn't think having pleasant respectful employees is part of doing business. I went to get gas for my lawn mower and went inside and gave the attendant $12 and told her a pump number. I went out to pump to pump the gas and realized I gave her the wrong pump number. I went inside and let her know, she tried to reset the pump but couldn't reset the pump, she said someone started using the pump . She said there was nothing she could and I just gave someone else $12 worth of gas even though they were paying with a credit card. They then told me if I didn't know what I was doing I shouldn't being buying gas. Granted I am 67 years old but everyone makes mistakes but not even trying to correct the problem is sad. They told me to go get the money from the person pumping the gas. That guy thought he hit the jackpot and offered me a partial payment (like he couldn't afford to correct the issue). The lady working told me to contact the owner, like I know who he is. If you are the owner of the station you should fire the ladies that there were working on 9/29/22 at 1:00pm. You lost my business and I will definitely spread the word about the rude service your employees provide. Hopefully you go out of business. read more
