I was having issues with my headlight and he knew what to do right away. He called me to let me know my front control arms were bad. I was a little unsure if I should do it but after talking with my family member they advised me to do it. I used to hear a clunk sound when I turned but never paid attention to it. It is a 2013 Impala so I thought it was normal. It was not until I drove it for an extended period of time did I notice that the clunking noise was gone. Thank you for being honest and not scamming me. It is nice to know that there are still repair shops out there that will not rip you off. Monday 9-13 I take my jeep in Because of really low gas mileage. The mechanic told me that if the spark plugs never have been changed to let's go ahead and replace the spark plugs in so I agreed. So I proceed to the paperwork and the "guy", not a mechanic ask me if I want a tune up or just spark plugs changed... I asked what Are you gonna do when you change my plugs he had told me we're gonna change the plugs are going to do a radiator flush and a transmission flush hold on let me go ask... he comes back and says plugs only if you want anything else it's extra I said you just told me that it included a radiator flush and possibly a transmission flush and now you're saying nothing and then he tells me well he recommends that so right off the bat I'm kind of irritated because this kid doesn't know what he's talking about. I agree with just the plugs and then he seems very irritated that he has to offer me a military discount. I then called back a few hours later to ask the mechanic to look at another issue everything went smooth from here my car got picked up in a timely manner the price that they quoted me was the exact price everything was fine. He said that he had to call around to find a price on the mid shift bearing that was supposedly worn out. The same guy that knew nothing from the beginning said he would call me the next day and if he didn't call me by noon he wanted me to call him because he was super busy he told me. I called around 4 PM he had no news he said he would call me back he did not call me back. I called Thursday the same week to find out some more information and I got put on hold for about five minutes. I called back Friday and the people that I'm talking to on the phone or just going off of memory they have nothing written down nothing in the computer he keeps asking me oh yeah yeah yeah remember OK well where is my price do not go to these guys you will get scam to somehow someway I don't know how but you will. It's a gut feeling. Hasn't call me back for any type of business and basically frowned on my military discount don't ever go to Riverview mobile nicks gas station!! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my car here because it was close to home and I could just walk there when it was ready. After I picked it up I noticed there was kind of like a metal rattling sound coming from the front drivers side that had not been there before I took it in. They worked on that part of the car - left inner tire rod & sway bar, and turned the rotors. It was also pulling to the left really bad, even though they said they did a front end alignment. (I had originally taken it in for rear brakes, and they called to tell me I needed this other stuff done too.) I took it back up two days later & told them what was going on & they drove it & looked at it. They said I had a bad tire on the driver's side that was causing the pulling, and switched it to the passenger side. Now it pulls to the right a little, but not as bad as it was to the left. They said all I need is new tires and probably a rim, but that's all. When I left the rattling noise was still there, but I just figured it was nothing because they said all I need is tires & a rim. Over the past 2 1/2 weeks it has progressively gotten worse so I took it back up there today. One of the guys drove it & said he had no clue what the noise is, and that kind of noise shouldn't be coming from a car, and that they'll need to get under it to look at it. after looking at it he told me that my right sway bar is bad now, and that's what the noise is from. I asked if it is my right sway bar, then why is the noise coming from the left (drivers) side? He said because its connected. I then asked if that's where the noise is coming from, then why when I brought it in 2 days later did they tell me everything was fine other than my tires? Then who I'm assuming is the boss came over & kept saying it was the right side they had fixed, even though my paperwork says the left, and when I started asking him questions, like if he says they fixed the right, but the paperwork says left, then does that mean they "fixed" the wrong side? And why did they tell me all I needed was tires when I brought it back 2 later? and why is the other guy saying the right (passenger)side is bad even though the sound is coming from the drivers side?, then he starting cutting me off & wouldn't let me talk & said that I'm lying and never brought it back to them & that there was not a noise when I left the first time. Told me he wasn't going to look at my car & get out of his shop before he calls the police! I said PLEASE DO so I can report you to them! On my way out, I saw the guy that looked at my car the 2nd time when I brought it back, & I said There's the guy that looked at it the 2nd time and told me it was just tires, ask him! And they completely ignored me. Bottom line: TERRIBLE customer service, and they charged me an outrageous amount of $457 to do brake shoes, left inner tie rod, left sway bar, and front end alignment for my car is in even worse condition than before I took it in. read more
