I always get my go to: an oat milk mocha latte made with three shakes of cinnamon powder. The espresso is rich and flavorful and it's always served just hot enough. I have also tried the other flavors they have added to my mocha, including peanut butter and banana and both were delicious. They also serve food here and we have gotten the chicken tenders and tater tots. That were surprisingly delicious! We've also gotten the cheese sticks, which were also warm gooey crispy and yummy. If you don't have time to go to sit and enjoy your latte at a local coffee house. I strongly suggest you try the coffee at sheets! My best friend also loves their regular coffees, but I haven't tried them. Gas stations are evolving into so much more than the old-school gas station/convenience store. They also serve Krispy Kreme doughnuts here. the attendance are always friendly and courteous. One of them came out to help us to place the order on the Little automated computerized system a couple of times in the past.

Stopped in the other day around 1pm to grab lunch. When I walked in there seemed to be a lot less…read morepeople than there normally is in any Sheetz location I've ever been to. Bathrooms were spotless as any Sheetz restrooms I've ever been in. I went to the food order touch screens and ordered a grilled chicken wrap. No one seemed to be ahead of me and my food took a little longer than I had expected. It was about 7 or 8 minutes before my order was ready. In the grand scheme of things this isn't a long time to wait but in comparison to any other sheetz it was a little longer than normal. The wrap was pretty good, seemed like normal Sheetz quality food ingredients in which I really didn't have any complaints. My only issue was it seemed like the wrap was made very quickly and the wrap was torn in one spot. I didn't realize this and of course began eating it from the opposite end so by the time I was halfway through it was completely falling apart. If I'm in the area I'll stop by again, no major issues and the food was still enjoyable.

The guy who gave me our food was the manager so I asked, why are you out of ketchup? He said there is a national shortage of ketchup. I just laughed. I was just at Sam's Club where you can buy it in bulk and there was tons of it. I told the manager he can get some from Sam's Club, but he said he can't do that. I said I'd like to submit a complaint, he said go ahead, he is the manager and he doesn't care, and it won't do anything. Customer service has become so horrible that combined with the inflation it is no wonder why places are hurting. People don't want to go out and pay higher prices for the same products and server with horrible customer service.
