I have been coming to this gas station for years and have always have excellent customer service but today February 6, 2026, at approximately 1:30pm, the service was horrible. I paid $5 for bathroom! I stopped there to put gas and put about $30. Went inside to use the bathroom and was immediately confronted with a Javier, a heavy set Mexican guy with a lisp, who told me it was $5 to use the bathroom. I told he home I just put gas and he rudely asked if I wanted to argue about it. I gave him the $5 in cash to use the bathroom I'm a disabled combat veteran on my way home from work and this is the service I deserve by these people. read more

Horrible location. I try to always pump Mobil but this gas station is rarely open. It's 2:30pm in the afternoon and the doors are locked. Tried pumping but all machines say they are down. Save yourself the headache and try a different location because this location is always overpriced too. read more

Never in my life did I think I'd be writing a review about a gas station. On Friday May 31st at 2:00PM I came to this gas station to completely fill up my Honda 2016 civic. After trying to pay with $100 bill for $50 worth of gas and was declined I was baffled because the person in front of me gave him $40 worth of change already. This ignorant gas attendant who probably doesn't know how to do math proceeded to tell me that he didn't have enough money in the register to give me $50 worth of change when I watched the person in front of me hand him 40$. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And then he proceeded to tell me that I could only use premium gas instead of the gas of my liking because he wasn't confident that my car would take $50 worth of gas. In the end I had to promise that I would use premium gas (more expensive) and that would be the only way he would allow me to pump gas in my car. My dumb self listened to him and $50 later my tank still isn't full because I wasnt expecting to have to fill up with more expensive gas. WORSE SERVICE IN MY LIFE. The large (lit up) price signs at this Mobil list their cash prices. Beware, the credit prices are a lot higher. If it's a dark and rainy night, you may make the mistake of coming here for gas, thinking you are not being ripped off if all you see is the big sign. Maybe I'm spoiled by the gas stations near me that list both cash and credit prices on their large signs, but I did not appreciate the difference in price at the pump and on the large sign (I think it was a whole 20 cents a gallon). This location is already in a kind of awkward place, but it is close to the freeway, which I guess gives them the right to charge whatever they want. Use another gas station if you want a better price! read more

I stopped by this gas station after dropping off a friend of mine. I was in need of fuel, and this was the closest gas station to my location. Hence I came here. I hopped into the convenience store here, and bought some water and paid for my gas. The clerk was a sweet older lady, and the transaction was smooth. I fueled up my car, then proceeded to use their restroom before taking off back home. Their restroom was pretty clean, in contrast to most gas station restrooms. I was on my way in no time. I would like to tell you about my experience at one of your local gas stations. This incident happened on 12/28/18 at 9:44 PM MOBIL in Lakewood Ca, Store #131404 Address 11160 Del Amo Blvd, Lakewood Ca. 90713 I walked into the store to pre-pay for gas. I told the Cashier (Donna Hubert) 25$ on pump 3, She then asked DEBIT or CREDIT ? I told her DEBIT. She told me to swipe my card. I swiped my card and it beeped so she told me to insert my chip so I did as she told me, then it said invalid so I pulled out my card and re-inserted my chip and it did the same thing so she told me to swipe my card again. It then prompted me to accept the 25$ so I hit yes !, the receipt came out and she started to scold me !!! " WHY DID YOU DO THAT !!" I stood there confused and she then said " YOU TOLD ME DEBIT !! NEVER DO THAT AGAIN !! " she handed me my receipt and I said THANK YOU ! She then said , YOU ARE NOT WELCOME !!!!!, I didn't want to cause a scene so I turned around walked out and pumped my gas. After I had pumped my gas, I walked back in so that I could get her name. Another girl was in the booth with her and I asked the other employee what her name was and her response was "why are you going to leave a customer complaint?" I told her: "yes what is her name" She then says "Donna" , and I then asked her for her last name. She said "Hubert" . She then re-approaches the window and tells me! "NEXT TIME I NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT I WAS DOING ! AND YOU TOLD ME DEBIT AND YOU HIT CREDIT !" I told her that " NO WHERE ON THE SCREEN DID IT PROMPT ME TO HIT DEBIT OR CREDIT ALL IT SAID WAS DO I ACCEPT THE 25$ AND I HIT YES !! I KNOW HOW TO READ I'M NOT STUPID ! She said something else to me after that I don't remember. After her response I did called her a "RUDE A** B****. And walked out. I was extremely pissed off and have never experienced something like that in my life. This was un-acceptable and should never ever happen again and needs to be addressed. read more

As a special belated anniversary surprise from Mrs. Q, I drove in to work this morning with the unexpected present of an empty gas tank in the car. How did I ever secure the lifelong commitment of such a special lady? Her personal mantra when it comes to the gas light coming on seems to be: just make it far enough to pass it off to Mike. Like vehicular hot potato. Anyway, not knowing how far the mrs. had already driven the car on fumes, I decided to stop over at this Mobil off the 605 instead of waiting any further. Except wait further is exactly what I ended up doing. And wait. And wait. Because this Mobil has The Slowest Gas Pumps. Ever. It's official, it's in the Book of World Records or something, but not the Guinness one; it's more like the Natty Light records. It took over 10 minutes for 14.965 gallons. Yes, they measured to the thousandth. Yes, it was that empty. No, this station isn't cheap either (10 cents more per gallon than any of the 76's in the area). Anyway, I've learned my lesson: make sure to use up all the gas first to force Mrs. Q to get it herself. read more

BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING ON THEIR GAS PRICES!!! TO THE OWNER: You might want to change all your advertised prices to match. You have two different signs for debit/credit cards and the prices are different. The more visible sign has cash and debit/credit being the same price. Not only till I put my card and started to pump gas did it tell me the real price. And WTF are you charging $0.20 cents MORE to use a debit/credit card? Fees are NOT THAT high to cover your expenses on this. I will NEVER recommend your gas station to anyone nor will I be back to use your overpriced service! read more

If I could give zero starts I would. My husband went inside to make a .99 cent purchase and was charged $1.79. When he questioned the price the service woman was very rude, disrespectful, and verbally attacked him. She screamed at him and told him to leave the store. He left and went to the 7-11 next door and was charged $1.08 for the same item. Point being, they are overcharging for purchases. DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO PUT UP WITH HOSTILITY AND RUDENESS!! No one should be treated unkindly for questioning a price. I'm pretty sure that everyone here is who talking about the rude Caucasian lady is named Donna. Donna Donna Donna .... She was there with her daughter who brought her lunch and she sounded nice when her daughter was leaving. The moment I went up to the cash register to pay for my items she raised her voice at me yelling "YOURE GOING TOO FAST!!" ... I was just taking out my credit card... she yelled at me to give her my license since it was a credit card ... I'll give you my license but do you really have to raise your voice? also before purchasing anything I told her I got hot water and she yelled saying I still had to pay for the cup... I already knew I had to pay but really... I know she wasn't deaf so there was no need to yell at everything. She literally tossed my license and credit back at me along with the receipt... if you can't even handle me taking out my credit card maybe this job is too fast paced for you.... worst customer service I have received at a gas station. I had lotto tickets I wanted to check but nope I didn't want to see her for one more second.. I wanted to yell back at her but it might of been too much for her I handle like taking out my credit card... Saw on the price on both the sign and display showing $3.99 for the premium. NOT true. My wife saw the receipt after we drove off and asked me why I got $4.19 per gallon. WTF. Very dishonest place. After reading some review here I realized i wan't the only one, you can't see any thing other than the "CASH" price during night time. Stay away from this place. read more

Station is located next to the 605 freeway on ramp. Does not have a big store but is located right next to 7-11. They do have a public restroom. Noticed the gas pumps and key pads were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. It is a good place to stop if you need gas. Not very busy and easy to get in and out of. read more

I don't usually go inside because I usually use credit to pay for my gas, but my husband went in to buy some snacks, and he tried paying with credit and this old caucasian lady who works there got mad at him and told him not to come back all because he chose credit instead of debit. I'm assuming she's new because I've never seen her there before. I'm in customer service, so I don't care how bad your day is going, you don't treat people that way, especially when that is your job. She was either having a really bad day or she must really hate her life. Either way, she needs to get her shit together. read more
