It was a traumatic experience and the jerk owner did not take any responsibility. Coming to this place for oil change is giving me my confidence in trusting "people" again. She said "A car that looks just like yours did that a couple days days ago. I hope you know we will call the police on you and we capture it on camera if you do that." I drive a Honda Civic. The most standard car thousands of people drive. She made me uncomfortable and was rude even though I have ever been here before and have a basic car. She needs to leave people alone and not accuse people for doing things. I am a young woman alone and felt very uncomfortable. You need to fix your mannerisms, professionalism, and common sense.

I tried to pump gas twice today, and the pump simply was not working. I went inside and the clerk was sitting in his chair scrolling on his phone. I asked if he could check what might be wrong with the pump. Instead of helping, the clerk immediately responded in a very dismissive tone telling me that I "have to put the handle in the tank" -- as if I didn't know how to pump gas. I explained that I had already tried twice, and his response was even more dismissive: "That's your problem." I could have gone to another pump but my cc was already read by the pump I am a business owner myself, and this is absolutely not how you speak to customers. Basic kindness and customer service go a long way. Very disappointing experience.

I am trying to reach them to find out why I was charged and the person over the phone didn't even take the time to hear me. Do not go here, some kind of fraud going on. I will be reporting this activity and the fact that the person who picked up the phone at the location hung up on me to ARCO corporate headquarters. Attempt to call #2: The man on the phone asked me if I pumped gas there and I told him I did not. I told him who do I go speak to regarding this charge and he said he did not understand and then hung up on me.
