I have had ongoing problems with this Walgreens pharmacy, not just one isolated bad experience…read more Nearly every time I try to pick up a prescription, there seems to be an issue with how it was processed, conflicting information about what is going on, or another problem that has to be sorted out before I can get my medication. What makes the situation worse is the customer service. Instead of receiving clear explanations or help resolving these recurring issues, I have repeatedly encountered an unhelpful and dismissive attitude from the pharmacist. It often feels like no one knows what is going on or takes ownership of getting the issue resolved. Unfortunately, my insurance requires me to use Walgreens for my prescriptions, so simply choosing another pharmacy is not an option for me. That makes it especially frustrating to repeatedly encounter problems when trying to obtain medications I need. After numerous experiences like this, I have lost confidence in this location and believe the pharmacy needs significant improvement in prescription processing, communication, and customer service.
