I am due for a much needed an oil change and unfortunately had a nail in one of my tires so a plug was also necessary. It's also time to rotate my tires so I added this service as well. Jairo the manager is very friendly and fair. They do not try and over sell or service things that do not need servicing. Not very busy this Friday am so indeed will get the 20 minute oil change and service. I will definitely come here again for oil change and tire rotation. It was the first time and will be the last time I use their car wash. I paid for The Works car wash for my car and, my car literally got The Works. I remember faintly feeling that somewhere in the hind parts of my car, it was being yanked and pulled a bit aggressively. When it was done, I drove my car out of the car wash and proceeded to park my car in front of one of the gas pumps. As soon as I got out, I saw the edge of my top, driver's side bumper jutting out. IT WAS NOT IN THAT CONDITION WHEN I TOOK THE CAR INTO THE CAR WASH. I showed my husband the damage and he went to get the gas attendant. The only thing Fernando, the attendant, said was to bring the car at 8 a.m. in the morning because that is when the owner, Many Rebustillo, comes in. I asked him what happens in a situation like this and again, Fernando stated to bring the car in at 8 a.m. to show the owner, Many Rebustillo, of the Shell gas station. I had Fernando call and leave a message to the owner, Many Rebustillo, to let him know of the situation and that I would be here the next morning promptly at 8 a.m. The next morning, at about 7:55 a.m., I showed up and asked the attendant that I needed to see the owner, Many Rebustillo. The owner, Many Rebustillo, took less than a millisecond to peek at the damage and said, that we do 200 cars a day and we are not responsible for damaged items such as an antennae or side mirrors. His jabber sounded rehearsed and literally mechanical like an automated voice. I told him that my car was not in this condition when I used their car wash. Also, the fibers of the cleaning brushes were still stuck in the area where it yanked it out. Many Rebustillo then proceeded to ask that it was nothing and he could fix it now with a screwdriver. In short, Many Rebustillo was unprofessional, apathetic, and curt in his response. I will never, ever visit ANOTHER SHELL GAS STATION to purchase a pack of gum, a lottery ticket and the very least, use their car wash. DRIVERS: HEED MY WARNING AND PROTECT YOUR CAR! Andt heir food is at times questionable in taste.But at least they are conveniently located and Dog knows I've had too many trips going for a Slurpee run at 2-3am. One thing that baffles me is the different flavors (outside of coke) each location has. Some of them carry sugar free options while others don't. I've had their sandwiches and most of the meats are very salty. This is so the meat can last longer without going bad, which is ok, but for $5 it should taste better and have larger portions. The Good: Open late They sell Beer at all times...even for breakfast. The best sandwich is the ham n turkey pita. SLURPEES Convenience The Bad: Sandwiches are mediocre for the price they charge. On top of it, the crazy weather started taking the shine away from the car, and I got into a minor accident where I had my front bumper tainted with white paint. All in all, my poor car needed some TLC, and that's exactly what it got! This little place is tucked in right next to US1 behind/attached to the back of the Chevron gas station on the 120th st intersection. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. Understood what I wanted, and I was able to book an appointment, which was a plus. I got the inside, and outside done, clay and wax, and am very happy. It's almost as if it's brand new. The outside is silky smooth, and everything is shining beautifully. Got all the scratches inside and out fixed whice was great. You can tell they took their time as all the crannies, etc, were cleaned well. They said it would take about one and a half hours, but i work nearby, so i left the car. They have a little patio set you can seat and wait, but there's no shade (there's a Starbucks and pinecrest bakery next door, though ). Pricing wise, it's on the higher end, but considering it's Pinecrest and how good my car looked, it was OK. I recommend it and will be taking another car this weekend.
