There were 2 ladies at the reception desk who were less than friendly. We had been to a couple other places before for an estimate and they were super friendly in comparison (Treads near Dadeland and Perez Auto on Bird Road). After waiting one hour (they had told us no more than 30 minutes) I saw the car parked so I asked one of the ladies the status. She said, very huffily, we are trying to contact bmw for the parts price. This without telling us what the issue was. Well, in the end the cost was close to 1200 for non bmw parts. The other place (Perez) quoted us $800. And they took less than 15 minutes for a free estimate. These people wanted $45 for the estimate but they didn't tell us that before. Of course we didn't pay. And we took the car to Perez. You really do have to get at least 3 estimates. The first two never charged us and took less than 15 minutes. I do not think I will go to Miller Auto Care in the future.

Big mistake here-I ended up paying more than if I had gone to the dealership . They installed a new cheap tire with a brand price. I paid for a landspider tire 70% more than Firestone, GoodYear, and others Miller Tire price $125 installed $137. This tires cost from the average of $55 to $64 each. I went there too but my daughter's car tire had a hole on the side and that "magical" place told me I needed a new tire. It was a new tire so I said no and drove on and found Gasparino Tires. They fixed the hole on the side and didn't promise it would hold out but did their best. The tire held out fine, no problems and I didn't have to buy a new tire. That was years ago, have been coming here ever since. If you really want to save money buy new tires at Walmart and bring them here to be installed and balanced. Walmart does it for free but you have to spend all day waiting. Here it's 15 to 20 per tire depending on the size of your rim and they do it fast and great. I highly recommend them, they do great work and have fair prices.
