This is the best gass station I've ever been to. The muffins are fabulous. The washrooms are clean and have flowers. Highly recommended.

This particular location has everything you need from a Walmart including an excessive collection of camouflage attire. The staff here was very polite and overall the store was well stocked, clean and organized. In the end, we found everything we needed and walked out in under ten minutes.

They have maybe 10-20 checkout stations here. I barely see 4 open at any given time! This seems inefficient and just plain dumb. 2. It's a huge store but boy they sure had no clue how to organize it. It's a disaster of departments bleeding into other departments, customer service locations built for inventory or places for the staff to chat. A place this big, you'd think they'd have some quick map or locator...nope. Most departments are full of nothing I'm looking for and if they have it I have to wade through piles of disorganized stuff to find it! 3. No problem getting a parking space but no one seemed to clearly mark the aisle direction for the angled parking they installed. So I'm dodging cars and shoppers everywhere. It also doesn't help that the ingress and egress from the lot are snaked all over in 5 directions so good luck finding a quick way in and out of there without an accident. 4. I like seeing staff on the floor. But I'll add that just having staff out on the floor isn't enough. How about more staff WILLING TO HELP? They seem to staff this store with more unhappy workers who seem to be aimlessly milling about doing something (anything) other than helping customers. There are a couple places and times where I've seen real outgoing help here (electronics has someone on staff who really wants to help. Other than that, forget it, you're on your own here. Let me also add that the in-store Subway is a waste. Unfriendly workers, half of the time they are out of certain meats or breads and it just doesn't live up to the consistent standards of most franchises I've been to. It's such an afterthought adder. They'd do better with a Dunkin Donuts or McD's. I really don't like shopping here if I don't have to. Sure the prices are fairly competitive when I can find what I want. But the struggle to park, get my way around the store and customers who prefer to slowly block aisles or chat with staff, then have to find an open check out is just too much to make it worth my while most times.

It doesn't work. I had it for less than a week. I told him I had thrown away two previous ones that were the same. He said it could be a bad batch and should be reported. I went to Kinney Drugs and tried to replace it, but they said I couldn't get a new one because I had only gotten this one six days ago. I told her that the nrespiratory therapist had told me it could be a bad batch. I also told her the nurse practitioner said to call him if there was a problem. She asked me to have a seat. A while later another woman approached me from behind the counter and told me I couldn't get the alternative inhaler he had prescribed unless I paid $85 cash. I said I don't care, I still want it. Then I tried to tell her about the possibility of a bad batch and she curtly told me "Well no other customers have complained about it." She displayed no concern about what happened to me or what might be happening to others. I had been suffering with bad asthma attacks for many months and did not understand why the inhalers did not seem to help. I feel I should be re-imbursed for all three faulty inhalers, and it is the pharmacist's responsibility to report possible "bad batches" of drugs.

I must do a sidetone here: I don't like filtered coffee much as I drink espresso and espresso based coffee (Cappuccino, latte) when possible. However, when you travel with a large vehicle at 5 am, sometimes places with filtered coffee are the only option. One thing they have here, and quite popular in Vermont, is a selection of filtered coffee from "Green Mountain Coffee". To offer it, the have isolated coffee pots to keep the various kind hot, One thing that I worry in those cases is how long ago was this coffee made? Well, I noticed that these pots have little displays with indicators that lets you know how long ago the coffee was made! The place is not really a track stop but some trucks come here and there are diesel pumps for it,

It's close proximity to the border (roughly 10 miles) and their clean washrooms plus snack selection make it a good stop for us and help serve our needs. Gas was $2.49 a gallon on my stop for 87 octane which is a steal compared to the $1.20 we pay roughly a L in Quebec. They do also have free WIFI that there is no password to login to. On the way back home I was very pleased to pick up two 12 packs of Harpoon beer for $15.99 each. Harpoon is an awesome beer that Is Vermont/Boston brewed. They call it a New England IPA. If you like Sam Adams give Harpoon a try. Sure there is a closer gas station to the border but we enjoy hitting up this one in St Albans and will keep on doing so in our travels in the future!
