There are only 3 rows to this store and not a huge selection, but good basics if you need certain tools or hair care for example. Very limited make up and skin care. I was looking for specific types of hair combs and was able to find what I wanted here but the selection and shelves seemed bare. There is missing a lot of stock. Pricing is OK, not the cheapest. I got the general feeling that this store was outdated. I haven't been to Sally Beauty in years and remember going in other places in the 90's and early 2000's and seems like the overall look and style hasn't changed. Due to lack of selection and how small the space is, unless you have specific hair needs and can't find your stuff at Walmart for example, I don't see why you'd come here.

Asked in an annoyed voice, "What now?" I repeated my question. She pointed down the aisle and said she couldn't leave the drawer to show me where the product was. Once she was done her task she helped someone else and was polite when I checked out. Pretty good supply of items but I ended up getting a pump spray because I couldn't find the aerosol version due to poor customer service. If you can't be to work on time to count the drawer before opening, don't give your customers an attitude.

I wouldn't say I like this location. It seems to have a smaller selection than other Ulta stores,…read morethe staff is friendly, but I have had issues here more than once. I was also very displeased about my salon experience here, luckily it wasn't too expensive, but I had never had to come back the next day for my hair to be fixed. I also had so many things wrong with my hair, I just got it done, but it's different colors all the way through, fried, not what I asked for, spots were missed when applying lightener, and some parts of my head are lighter than others, and I wasn't told that what I asked for was unrealistic for their skill level. I hate to leave a bad review because they were very nice to me, accommodating and all but the level of skill seemed to lack significantly, maybe lack of experience but I was shocked honestly, my hair only looked good the day I walked out, after the first rinse though, with me following all instructions, it started to look bad, it seems like I did it myself, like an at-home dye job... how sad when I expected salon quality. I know this is perhaps a place some may not regard as a reputable salon, but I've been getting my hair done at other Ulta locations for over a year now, and I've never had a complaint! I've met great stylists. I'm embarrassed to say I even paid for my hair to be "done" it looks worse than what I started with! So much for growing it out and wanting a change. I might have to chop it all off and hope for the best at this point, and no products can save my hair. Everyone starts somewhere as a stylist, and I'm sure for this area, this work was exemplary! I'm sure it wasn't the stylist's intention/fault necessarily. Still, I've had stylists tell me what I want is not achievable in one session, or for their skill level or my expectations are unrealistic before touching my head, I've been told that if I choose to do certain things that it will destroy my hair, I've been told that the color isn't going to turn out the way I want it to... etc., but my issue is that I was told they were comfortable with giving me what I asked for through a photo example, said that it might be slightly different, then given something very different, work was also patchy, sorry but no amount of kindness is going to make up for that and also I was never told I should go to multiple sessions to achieve my desired look... After being so overwhelmed that as soon as it looked decent, I just left and was satisfied, but honestly, I don't think it's fair to pay for something you didn't even want... hope no one takes this personally.

Wish I could give zero stars. There is this horrible woman who is the manager and she's rude and…read morenot helpful to customers. It's like she takes joy in upsetting customers. They also re-sell returned items including stuff that has been used.

Yves Rocher - Yves Rocher Store in Canada

When I…read morewent to visit the ILs, I found that they have franchises all along Northeast Canada and they also sell online to the States via this website. I've purchased bath and body products at the stores and online. This is a review for the online site (Yelp! When are we gonna go to Canada?!?!?). Their soaps and lotions are very light in fragrance. Not so overpowering as some of B&B's. They also have frequent online sales. The best thing is that you get a free gift with each purchase (I scored a cosmetic bag from one order -- it is not like Sephora where your gift is just a sample although YR does throw in some samples with your order). Products are also very reasonably priced. Service is pretty good. I got my orders at a reasonable time. This is a great place to order xmas gifts!

I couldn't get my Christmas order this year, (that I placed on line) and now I'm struggling to get my refund of over $80.00! I called customer service and was yelled at by the female representative. She swore they never charged my credit card, even though I told her I had the bill from the credit card company in my hand. She took my number, promised to call me back in two days, and never called. Then, I received an email from a man. He promised to straighten it out also. I replied to him, and I never heard back. Right now, I'm boycotting this company, even though I love their shower gels, lip balms and hand cream.

After many visits to Mirror Mirror- I'm finally just over it…read more This company is a total disaster. My brother generously sent me a $350 gift card for Christmas, but because he left out my middle initial in the email address, it never arrived. When he reached out to resolve it, their response was basically, 'Too bad, we can't reissue the card.' He wasn't even asking for a reissue--just confirmation it hadn't been redeemed and to send it to the correct email. Instead, they gave him the runaround, claiming they needed to involve some mythical 'IT guy' who clearly never showed up. Multiple emails later? Silence. We finally canceled the charge. Similarly ... about 2 months ago, I stopped by to buy mascara and asked about a concealer. The associate didn't bother asking what I was looking for--just grabbed the first one she saw and tossed it on the counter and began ringing me up. When I asked about the color, she looked at me like I was the worst kind of audacious and wasting her time... she handed me off to someone else who didn't yet have knowledge of the product they had for concealer. Then there was last year, when they snuck (and obviously charged me for) a $40 bronzer case into my purchase without informing me of the item. Then - I went for a facial where they upsold me with a "dermaplane" feature which in the end was not done with a professional tool but a plastic razor you can get at a drug store. Finally, I once got my brows laminated there and it just didn't work- like at all... and they responded with "oh yeah this service doesn't work on thicker eyebrows sometimes" end of story.... Like I'm sorry then why didn't you say that to start?? I've heard many accounts of similar experiences but I'll leave my review to reflect my experiences as the ones I've heard are already outlined in other reviews. Unapologetically dishonest is the vibe I've gotten and I just think that sucks.

Also nothing every has a price tag on it, but that has been the way they've done business since I've been going there. It's a beautiful shop that also offers services. It's just plain too expensive (for me).
