The more professional thing would have been to take the girl in the back or an office to speak to her.

I love how easy it is to access the gas station. Gas was super cheap and the male working there was very kind and helpful. He struck up a conversation, instead of just charging us up for snacks and gas. He was a bit funny as well. Love when someone enjoys their job or makes an effort to make a customer smile. They have 18 pumps, so even at their busiest times, there's never a wait. The attendant sit in the little building collecting cash for gas, selling lottery and cigarettes- which by the way- QUIT already! They have a ice cooler next to the building selling 2 sizes and a few items like washer fluid and motor oil. I pay at the pump, but the one time it wasn't working I visited the cashier and she was pleasant. This location gets me fueled and on my was fast. I appreciate the rewards I earn from shopping at Kroger's which saves me $ at the pump. I'm a fan.

I hope to pump and fill up next TIME when I am in the area on my way to or on my way back from the cemetery, since this is my route. I stopped in here to quench my thirst for a Slurpee since it's a 7-Eleven. A very busy store but the 3 employees at the registers were great assisting people coming and going on a hot day. The gas station was pretty busy also with 8 vehicles at the gas pumps being used out of 12. They have a ice cooler machine that stores bags of ice. I saw a family buying a few bags for their coolers to take on a Sunday trip. Happy employees assisting customers with pop, other beverage drinks, slurpees. At counter area I saw 2 Pizzas warming in an area, along with 2 types of *dogs* on the rolling thing machine :) You name it / this is a NICE 7-Eleven, 7-11.. very clean, organized, stacked newspapers, cigarettes, cigars, candy, snacks, donuts, hot or cold coffee and many other last-minute necessities like a typical 7-Eleven store. I definitely agree that this 7-Eleven location really showed better quality and customer service than the one around my neighborhood on 21 at Garfield Rd. Wish I could have read the names off of the employees shirts to compliment them. The 3 lines were moving too fast. I only took a few pictures because it was such a busy time of day. The flow of people in and out along with great customer service went well and fast to get a person out the door to cool off and be on their way. I hope to be back weekly to try a different Slurpee. They could use a lot more new flavors in here. My 1 COMPLAINT and disatisfaction. I bought a Vernors flavored slurpee. Completely ridiculous i had to call him out for it and he tried to act like i got all my money and i gave him the change back and told him i needed more. Absolutely ridiculous !!! I loved that store but after that i don't want to buy anything when that man is working. The issue has to be taken care of and the man needs to be talked to.
