My husband made it very clear that he was not interested, yet she continued to push the issue. I believe employees should treat every customer and their companions with professionalism and respect. I'm all for friendly customer service, but there is a clear difference between being friendly and crossing personal boundaries. The way the situation was handled made me uncomfortable and took away from what should have been a simple car-wash experience. What made the situation even more disappointing was that management seemed to do nothing about it. Is this how all of the employees are expected to treat customers and their companions? I'm sharing this feedback because I hope management will address the importance of professionalism and appropriate boundaries with customers. My truck is brand new and has 612 miles on it, so I know for a fact this scratch was not present before this wash.
