You can schedule a drop off (give a date, time, and address) and they'll send you text updates once they have someone working on your order, as well as when you can expect them to arrive. The live updates are super helpful. We also were buying food to feed 10 people for our trip, so we went with a Costco order and it was soooo affordable once split across us all. Pumps are frequently closed or various octanes unavailable (no idea why or how you run out of gas these day). Prices, formerly some of the lowest around, are now the highest. Crowded to the point of lines in the morning at times, and no lock on the nozzle handles (have to hold it open), make this station one of my least favorite. I happily drive down 109 a bit into Medfield and fill up at the Irvine on 27.
