We called on November 28th to make an appointment and December 13th was the earliest available spot which was not a problem because it gave us extra time to prepare before the technician arrives. Did anyone from Sunrise show up for the appointment? NO. Did they even bother calling us to reschedule the appointment they missed? NO. If I can give this business a negative star, I would do that in a heartbeat. UPDATE: It is now December 21st and there had been no contact from them at all. What is the point of making a customer go through all the trouble of waiting for their appointment date if you are just going to forget about them entirely? Luckily we ended up finding another local gas company that came out for HALF the price of what Sunrise wanted to charge for the same service. What an unbelievable waste of time and money.

It's really not that difficult to shut your mouth and listen to your customers' needs and wants. Had a coupon for the cigarettes and she didn't even use it cause it pissed her off that he wouldn't pay her the attention he needed to to finish the transaction let alone get her the right item she asked for. Son almost didn't get his pizza as the guy was to busy bullshiting with other employees. A customer should not have to say multiple times what they need for several different items. When a customer is at the counter, pay attention to said customer, it's not that difficult. Even if it is work related, it can wait until you don't have a customer at your registar unless it's an emergency.

I stopped today, for some beer, because I had just put my dog down, and was heading to go bury him. So that is why I was very upset at the way I was treated by the woman who was at the counter. I couldn't find my Driver's license and so I asked if my sister could buy it, she said "no". (Why? She is of age and had her lisc.) I was just trying to say I understand because I used to worked at Wesco for 2 years. But she just kept going off, so I went outside. I found my license, came in to show it to her, and she said "I'm not going to sell it to you now because of your attitude."... now I wasn't that rude, I was distressed, however. I request that you check the surveillance video for that time. I don't want her fired, we all need to make a living. But she does need to be reminded about courtesy, and treating people with respect.. I was shaking from grief, perhaps my attitude was curt, and she didn't like me, for her own reasons. Dishonest, slow, unfriendly…read more Took 20 minutes to get someone to fill up propane. Then charges for a full tank even if it's not empty. I don't even know how this is legal under weights and measures. That's like saying we charge the same to fill up our car no matter how many gallons it takes. I hate it when companies try to act like its normal to take as advantage of travelers.
