I let my teens go in to use the restroom and get snacks while I was pumping gas. I went in to check on them, and one of my daughters let me know right away that the restrooms were very nice and clean. She was impressed! Then, my kids walked around, selected their snacks, and took some time to figure out what they could afford. The cashier was very patient with them. Did anyone from Sunrise show up for the appointment? NO. Did they even bother calling us to reschedule the appointment they missed? NO. If I can give this business a negative star, I would do that in a heartbeat. UPDATE: It is now December 21st and there had been no contact from them at all. What is the point of making a customer go through all the trouble of waiting for their appointment date if you are just going to forget about them entirely? Luckily we ended up finding another local gas company that came out for HALF the price of what Sunrise wanted to charge for the same service. What an unbelievable waste of time and money.
