WORST COMPANY!! ROBBERS!!! I had mobicom-debitel sim contract till November 2017. I was paying 10 € per month. In January I sent termination request to terminate my contract after November, otherwise I would have to pay a higher fees (31 €). In May I got a call from customer service. He suggested me to extend the contract for next two years, and promised me that I get a new offer, in which I continue to pay only 10 € per month. I promptly agreed to his offer and extended the contract. However now, I am getting a bill of 31 € per month!!! When I called customer service and inquired, they are denying 10 € offer. They are acting as if they don't have any clue about the offer. Unfortunately, I don't have any proof as the promise was made on a phone call. They are the worst cheaters!!! read more

If you are an expat, never buy a SIM from mobilcom-debitel, even if they give it for free. All their offers are bogus. Better, never sign any contract with them where they ask for your bank details. Not even via their website, which is full of bogus offers. They give you a lot of discount and later deduct money from your account. read more

The worst mobile network ever. They take advantage of you, if you are not a native German speaker. Once they started deducting 40 Euros per month just like that. I couldn't find the reason and called them again and again around 10 times till I get someone whom I could speak with English. He also didn't know the reason and promised me to adjust that in the next bill. What he did was just changed the contract and paying 25 Euros instead of 40.I really wanted to sue them, but I don't know how. Someone please help me! I have never seen such a greedy mobile network ever. Please never opt for this network, if you are not a German speaker. PS: They call occasionally for useless data and other offers. Absolutely Terrible! They do not help you if you call, they will not answer you messages, and they will not let you out of a contract if you have to leave the country. They expect me to pay for service I will never use, and will not allow me to reduce my contract to just phone calls, or work with me at all. Nothing is clear with them and tehy will just take things from you. NEVER ever ever ever start a contract with these thiefs. read more

This company will take advantage of you and steal money from your bank OVER and OVER again. Especially if you are not a native German speaker, BE CAREFUL. They have the worst customer service in the industry. Mobilcom Debitel charged hundreds of euros on my account as a third party downloaded shit using my phone number in Cyprus and Hong Kong. I still haven't received a full refund. I thought that was solved when I noticed that they have been charging an extra 10 euros to my account monthly for OVER a year without me noticing. They claimed they sent me a "Partner SIM Card" that I agreed to over the phone. I NEVER received a "Partner SIM card" in the mail, and NEVER wanted or agreed to that. I called about the confusion and the woman on the phone was extremely rude to me, she didn't listen and was obsessed with me called her 'Sie' instead of 'du' I told her I want to speak with the person who sent me an email saying that a refund is not possible, but she said I can't. She claims they have proof that I verbally agreed to a second SIM card, asked for the proof, and she called me crazy and said of course the proof doesn't exist, because it was on the phone that I agreed. This is ludicrous, I would never agree to paying for a second SIM when I am only one person. This company has no shame about that illegal activities they take part in, and will take advantage of you. They also refuse to speak English on customer service, even when they realize that you aren't a native German speaker, they won't slow down or speak in a way that you can fully understand, which is a nuisance. PLEASE stay away from this company. They are fraudulent and impossible to work with. Save yourself the headache that I'm currently dealing with. read more
