In January I sent termination request to terminate my contract after November, otherwise I would have to pay a higher fees (31 €). In May I got a call from customer service. He suggested me to extend the contract for next two years, and promised me that I get a new offer, in which I continue to pay only 10 € per month. I promptly agreed to his offer and extended the contract. However now, I am getting a bill of 31 € per month!!! When I called customer service and inquired, they are denying 10 € offer. They are acting as if they don't have any clue about the offer. Unfortunately, I don't have any proof as the promise was made on a phone call. They are the worst cheaters!!!

Better, never sign any contract with them where they ask for your bank details. Not even via their website, which is full of bogus offers. They give you a lot of discount and later deduct money from your account.
