Which I called, gave my credit card information and my personal contact information- I told I was all set and scheduled. I called 3 days prior to the party and was assured that we were on the schedule. On the day of the party it was 45 minutes before the truck was scheduled to arrive and I had not heard from them so I called. No answer. When he called back he pretended like he didn't know who I was or what I was talking about. This was the exact same individual who I spoke with both times previously. Would not trust this person for a kid's party. And after speaking to some of the other parents this apparently is a theme for this company as another mother was cancelled on 30 minutes prior to the party 2 weeks ago. Shame on you! This is a kid's party!

I had to reach out to get any resolution, and it was minimal at best. When I asked for them to send the truck, but not pay anything else. That request was denied. I was told I would be required to pay the remainder, or nothing. The only other option was reschedule at a discounted rate. If you book...confirm your address not only through email and text (which I did), but call. It isn't worth breaking kids hearts because of their lack attention to detail. Like seriously, think twice.

I know he likes gaming so I selected a gaming truck. I believe there are 2 or 3 gaming trucks in the area. This one is located in southern indiana but they go all over the Louisville area. Also the price is competitive against the others so I went with this company. The driver arrived Early and was ready before the guests came. It was raining earlier but it turned out to be a gorgeous day. We got so lucky as event though it is an outdoor experience with inside capacities I wanted them to have the full truck experience. The truck had outside and inside gaming areas. The gaming systems provided were Wii and Xbox with a variety of games to choose from. No food and drinks are allowed in the vehicle. At some point it got kind of hot in there but the boys didn't mind. He was there the full 1.5 hours. Definitely recommend.

Can not say enough nice things about this business, would highly recommend and I will be using them again in the future for my youngest son!
