We ordered a tent, dance floor, tables and chairs, etc. We worked primarily with Beth, and she was so wonderful to work with. We had a lot of adjustments and questions along the way, and she never made us feel like we were a burden or we didn't have control over what we wanted. Their showroom is incredibly nice too and they allow you to see everything you are paying for. Will and his crew came to setup and tear down and they did a great job. They were also very friendly and professional. Our overall experience was fantastic, and we got a lot of compliments on our tent setup. Thank you!

Last Saturday, August 10, 2024, my mother and I rented 14 tables and 65 chairs from Affordable Party Rental & Supply for my sister's 12:00pm baby shower, to be delivered at an outdoor pavilion at a park in Loveland at 10:00am (per a signed contract). We had showed up to the pavilion at 9:30am the day of our event in case the company arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Around 10:30am, the delivery still had not been made so I called the company. The phone went to voicemail, but the call was returned 5 minutes later. I was told over the phone that the driver's previous delivery had "ran into an issue" and that our delivery would be arriving in approximately 30 minutes. It is now 11:00am, no delivery, no communication from the company as to what's taking so long. At this point, our catering is due to arrive in 15 minutes and we don't have tables to set food up on. Our catering arrived on time and the catering driver had to stay until tables were delivered so he could take his supplies back to the restaurant with him. I had to call the company again at 11:30 and was told "we had to stop and get gas because our truck almost ran out and we're checking your order right now. It'll be another 20 minutes and we'll be there." With no tables delivered and food needing to be set up under chafing dishes and kept warm, food safety now became an issue. In addition, the local restaurant we used to cater our event was also put behind their schedule because of Affordable Party Rental and Supply's lack of communication and extreme tardiness. I informed the Affordable Party Rental driver that our catering had already arrived and guests were due to show up at 12:00pm and we are still table and chair-less. We waited another 15 minutes and received a call from the driver who told me he was at the venue...he was not. He went to the wrong venue. By the time our tables and chairs arrived, it was 12:20pm. Guests had already arrived to the baby shower expecting to eat good food and have fun! Instead, they actually helped set the tables and chairs up and decorate. When the two young men FINALLY brought all of our tables and chairs--incredibly slow with zero urgency--I pulled them off to the side and had to explain to them that this not only looks bad on YOUR company, but my mother and I as hosts of this baby shower. Guests of any event shouldn't have to help the host set up. We chose this company to work with mainly because their website says they're veteran owned and our family tries to support vets and local companies whenever we can. I have never worked with such an unprofessional company. When it comes time to have the tables and chairs picked up from our event, the contract stated a 5:30pm pick up time. We had rushed through our (already running behind schedule thanks to this company) event so we could have all of our decorations and other things put away in time for pick up. I should've known the company would be late picking up the order too! At 5:45pm, we called Affordable Party Rental to get an ETA on pick up. The driver was the same that we'd spoken to earlier in the day, and he said "oh I was told you moved your pick up time to 6:00pm I'm still 20 minutes away." We didn't move the pick up time. The driver told us that we didn't have to wait for them to get there, that we could just leave the items and they'd be there to pick them up soon. We asked the driver on the phone that since he said that, if anything happens to the tables/chairs while they're unattended, would we be released of any liability? The driver replied "well let's hope to God nothing happens to them because no." I wish I could say I was shocked, but at this point nothing surprised me with this company anymore. The drivers arrived at 6:15pm to pick up our order. What should've been a fun and happy day for our family was tainted with frustration and anger because of this company. We contacted the company the day after our event and were given excuses yet again. "It's so hard to find good help...it was a rough morning that day...", etc. Multiple emails back and forth were sent to the company (because they don't like to speak with customers on the phone). In one of those emails, Affordable Party Rental and Supply said they wouldn't refund anything but offered a 25% discount on a future order. As if we'd use them again! Affordable Party Rental and Supply did end up refunding half of our total purchase amount...only AFTER a report to the Better Business Bureau was made. It also should be noted, there hasn't been communication with the company since the BBB report was filed. They didn't reach out to say they were refunding anything, they just did it. I have nothing positive to say about this company.

We came for a bday party where we spent on roller skating but there's a huge gaming/play area as…read morewell. Because skating was included in the party, I don't know the pricing. However, the skating aids (the little rolling walker-type creations) were $7 a piece to rent for the evening. The women's bathroom was very clean. Interestingly, the sinks, mirrors, and hand dryers are outside of the restrooms. Inside is only the stalls. This creates a nice flow of traffic and avoids any traffic jams inside the restrooms. That said, all the preteens and teenagers had to do their primping outside the restrooms and fully visible to everyone inside the skating area. While the party included pizza and drinks, many of us bought food items from the concessions area before the food came out. The food was a bit slow coming out but everything was good and the fries were top notch! I'd definitely come back just for the arcade or just for skating. It seems that doing both would be a much larger time commitment, and enough to fill a major block in the day if you wanted.

I have been coming to this skating rink since I was a child and have consistently attended adult skate night for over a year, which is why this experience was especially upsetting to me. The first issue occurred at the snack counter around 11:49 PM. I politely asked for a cup of ice water and was told the stand was closed, even though the posted closing time was 12:00 AM. Less than five minutes later, I witnessed another customer being helped at the same counter. When I calmly asked why I had been denied service while another customer was assisted, I felt the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. The second incident occurred on May 6th and involved my skate stoppers. One of my stoppers accidentally fell off before I could fully attach it, and I was trying to figure out a solution while also asking staff whether anyone had found the missing piece. I explained the situation respectfully and made it clear that I was not intentionally breaking the rules. However, I felt I was spoken to sarcastically and treated unfairly by a manager during the interaction. When I attempted to remove myself from the situation and seek help from another employee, I felt further confronted rather than assisted. The interaction escalated unnecessarily, and I was ultimately asked to leave and denied a refund despite trying to calmly explain my situation. I completely understand the importance of enforcing rules and maintaining safety. However, I believe all customers should be treated with fairness, professionalism, and respect. As a long-time customer who regularly supports adult skate night, I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and disappointed by how the situation was handled.
