I was in search of a bike carrier capable of carrying 2 e-bikes. I knew my regular bike carrier could not handle the extra weight of electric bikes. There were 3 carriers on display. The 3 costs varied from low, to medium, to high - targeting a person's budget and needs. Each were capable of carrying 2 e-bikes, but the differences in construction, stability, and added features led me to the Kuat NV 2.0. (the medium cost). Joe was excellent answering all my questions and he even showed me a video of the NV 2.0 that displayed all of its features and functionalities. It wasn't cheap but they offer 10% discounts for all former military, police, and first responders so that was nice. Joe took the display unit and put it on my vehicle in like 2 seconds. I love my new Kuat bike carrier. It's extremely well constructed and very versatile. I had a great experience and highly recommend you check them out.
