Your "health inspectors" are a joke. They refuse to come in and do an updated review after being due for 6 months, then you send in one of your goons to come in and threaten the employees to get their act together or else, then refuse to do an inspection and leave. Not to mention the food handlers cards have to be updated every year? For what?! You guys must have some sort of racket goin on. read more

I took my daughter to the urgent care to get treatment for her scalp. When I signed in on the paper they asked what was your visit for. I wrote on the paper that I think my daughter had a scalp infection. So we went to the back and the nurse asked he what she came in for today she was trying to explain to her about what was going on. She wrote on the paper dry itchy scalp. Ok so the doctor came in he said his name but he gave off a bad vibe she we was explaining to him about the situation with the scalp. told him that she had showed her cosmetologist instructor told her to call me and tell me I need to take her to get it checked it's infected. My sister is a nurse and took a pic of her scalp and said it's infected take her to get it checked. So the doctor going to say it's not infected that it just come from her scalp being pulled to tight and that her scalp was ripped apart for being pulled to tight. and still gave a diagnoses of it not being and infection. He told me that I can take her to the emergency room and let them look at it and maybe the would want to stitch it up. I took her to the Er to get checked out went to the back in triage the nurse ask what bring us in today and I told her I think my daughter has a scalp infection so after they took her vitals they put on gloves and look at her scalp and the nurse was like it's infected. She it's not a bacterial infection it looks more like a fungal infection. But after that been said she said I'm just a nurse. And I was explaining to her about my experience when I took my daughter to the mchd urgent care and what the doctor told me. So within a few minutes later they called my daughter to the back and the physician was asking about what was going on and we was explaining to her and I also told her I took my daughter to the urgent care that the doctor told me to take her to the Er and let them check they may want to stitch it. The physician washed her hands put on the gloves and examined my daughters scalp right off the top she was like it's infected. So she was like stitch what after 24 hours nothing could be done if it needed to be stitch cause it was infected and if would spread the infection. So she wrote my daughter 2 prescriptions for her scalp. I'm glad that I did take her because if I didn't it's no telling what would have happened to my daughter because of the urgent care doctor saying it's not infected it's just from her hair been pulled to tight. I was told you don't need a doctor if they dont want to listen to you tell them what's going own with your body. They want to go by what they think. I wanted to cuss him out but I didn't because that would have not been professional on my part. And I had to change over to them in order for them to see my daughter at the urgent care at mchd from franklin clinic. And the nurse told me that I'll have to wait 6 months before I can change because she is on Medicaid. But I will be calling Medicaid so that I can change back to where she use to go Usa pediatric. And tell them about my experience that I had at the urgent care! read more

The only reason I gave this place two stars is because some of their employees try and are professional and friendly. The rest? Rude, dismissive, arrogant and just an overall feeling that you're just one more person they're dealing with right then and could care less about what's going on with you or even give competent treatment. The ONLY exception are the guards who are upfront as you walk in, some of the staff who check you in for appointments and the vision center and it's employees on the second floor. One of their doctors, Dr. Evens is arrogant and rude to the point of being abusive. Another, Dr. Osment needs to retire and doesn't listen or care. Read the review for the urgent care center because that was my exact experience when I had to use the urgent care center because the nurse practitioner decided she didn't want to show up for work the day of my appointment with her. The woman who talked to me about it tried to lie and say they called to tell me she wasn't coming in. Then I opened my phone and showed her right then and there that no one called me from this place when she claimed. Cold busted lying through her teeth. The doctor that saw me, just like the other review said, thinks he knows what's going on with you better than you do. He actually told me that I didn't need blood work to confirm what kind of arthritis I have, that I can just be treated for it without knowing if it's osteo or Rheumatiod. Um, wrong! Go back to medical school please! There are specific protocols for treatment for the different kinds of arthritis. If you need glasses or a eye exam, you'll be fine. Medical services and especially if you're sick or trying to find out what's going on with your health, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Seriously, even resorting to the ER would be better. I'm going back to Victory Health Clinic where the doctors and nurses are professional, competent and caring. This place and the vast majority of it's employees are a joke. read more

Caring and efficient professionals! I had to go to the TB clinic to get cleared for a new job and every staff person I came into contact with was wonderful. After the clearing process, I went to xray in the main building (also nice and efficient) and was struck by how spotless the facility was. It is an older building but you can tell there is a lot of pride taken in the upkeep. Best for last - I accidentally left a folder behind with some of my credentialing in it. The Housekeeping staff, HR and TB clinic worked to get that folder back to me. Definitely above and beyond! Thank you for your excellent care and treatment. read more
