I read the reviews and had high hopes for this mechanic. I brought my car in to help diagnose a…read moresquealing belt and fix this issue. I dropped it off on a Thursday and received no update until I called them the following Monday. They told me my car was ready to go and they had tried to call that Friday however I have no missed call or voicemail. When I picked up my car they said their technician couldn't recreate the issue and my belts are fine. Unfortunately I had to take my keys, and drop off my rental before coming back to take my car afterhours. I should have started it up when I got my keys because after returning immediately the squealing was present and only got worse after I drove. I left them a voicemail immediately asking them to call me back so we can resolve this issue. A full week has passed with no word from them. TLDR: I paid $107 for an oil change I didn't ask for, my issue was unresolved, and they need to get their ears checked because my belt is still singing!
