I called them the next day to come out and fix it and he did but didn't do much to make it look any better! Not impressed at all and was definitely not worth $180!!! Wow...first time ever getting my Audi TT detailed. It's a 2009, so it was in dire need of detailing. James, the owner, was great about responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and accommodated our schedule. He made the car sparkle from the inside out! I don't even think the tires looked this good when we drove it off the lot in 2009! He made the interior look brand new, and removed all the stains from the backseat (courtesy of our two boys!) Pretty good job overall. Had to remind him to clean the headliner after he said he was all done. Also, the trunk was not wiped down too well. It was probably overlooked since it opens up as a hatch. I recently bought the vehicle and previous owner had a dog which sheds a lot. This resulted in dog hair going between the boot that covers the seat attachments to the car. A lot of dog hair was left there and the front passenger bottom seat belt attachment. I asked for an engine detail and it looks like some spots were missed but definitely looks better than before. Fantastic service! I was in the Temecula area for an event and needed my car's interior and exterior detailed. I reached out and was surprised not only by the response but the consistency that followed after. I was given a price range that I found fair ($175-$200 for a Volkswagen Tiguan). The cherry on top was that they came to my location as I was staying at a hotel (after consulting with the hotel's manager an got the dumbs up). We have been using James for over 1 year. The only reason why I am posting this review is because James always does a great job. I have used others in the past, James does the absolutely best car wash we have ever had.. He basically does a detail on the cars each time he comes. If the carpets had a spot, he just cleans it without bringing it to our attention. He always just shows up and does a great job. James is beyond a great guy and someone who you can trust if money or valuables are left in the cars. We are very happy with his work. Great work! James left our car looking brand new! He worked on our car for over 2 1/2 hours and managed to find things we had thought we lost, and got every spec of dirt up. James was awesome, I originally made the appointment for the detail on 12/29 but I thought I made it for 12/22. I wanted to thank James so much for coming out to my work on such short notice, and thoroughly cleaning my car. After a 10 day road trip through several states, my car was very dusty and dirty, especially the floorboards and grill. James quoted me a very fair price and was up front and honest on what was included. He arrived on time, in a nice plain white van, and spent almost 3 hours on my vehicle in the hot afternoon sun. He must have gone through every nook and cranny because he found stuff from the previous owner of my vehicle I would have never known was there. He was kind enough to wait for me to inspect the car upon completion and pointed out details I may not have noticed. I appreciated the fact he doesn't spend a lot of money on fancy advertisement or techy hoopla, but rather dedicates all his time and effort into hard work and a job well done. I'm going to start this by saying I was a bit put off when James and crew arrived late, although he did communicate with me that he was running behind, he did not tell me by how long (1 and a 1/2 hours). When he did show up, he was very professional and offered no excuses, and got right to work. My vehicle, was an absolute mess, and not "everyday" messy, but a nightmare mess! I normally wash, clay and polish my own vehicles, but my SUV was such a mess, that I could not even fathom taking th time to clean it. Both interior and exterior were beyond my capabilities. I was blown away by the job James did. Every last bit of sawdust and God-knows-what were removed from my interior and the exterior was so smooth and the wax/polish really brought out the flecks in the paint, that my SUV looked like it just rolled out of the showroom!
