One very happy customer highly highly highly recommend! This place is a hidden gem I am SO happy I came across this place on yelp for an iPhone emergency. Angel the owner is truly an angel. He's very fair, will let you know the possibilities upfront, he's not a magician but he will try to do his best and I assure you he did! His customer service was 5 stars and by all the people that were coming in to pick up their electronics I could tell he was a very fair and genuine person (not like other phone repair businesses I've gone to). Mobile iPhone Repair was the only place in the area that did not close at 5pm on a Friday night. My iPhone 14 Pro Max kept restarting on its own where I couldn't get to my Home Screen and I plugged it into iTunes and it went into restore mode with black screen and the laptop & charging cable icon. When I arrived Angel assessed my phone and advised I had a bad battery. After putting in a new battery, he plugged it into iTunes and it still wanted to go to the restore settings instead of "update". He did advise me it was probably going to erase everything which I was already fine with I just needed the phone to turn on. After going through with the process my phone turned and I was able to still access everything which was amazing! It was a 50/50 shot but a chance I was willing to take. If I could give 10 stars I would. My dad, who has dementia, found his phone wouldn't turn on and wouldn't charge. I called Angel and he was so helpful. He was upfront about what the problems could be and the costs for each. When my Dad went in later that day Angel diagnosed the problem, repaired the phone and put necessary protector and cover so this would not happen again. He took his time to do a thorough job - he cleaned out all the little pieces inside and out on my phone. Not only did he fix my screen quickly and got a fair price ... BUT I also got a bonus surprise. My phone's earpiece never functioned well, I could never hear people and always had to use speaker or headphones ... but after he fixed the screen and cleaned it - I can actually use my phone now!!!
