Ive been to this place twice already and i was very satisfied with his service. Not only is he very helpful but also is open late, which made it convenient on my first visit because my mother in laws phone fell and screen was completely cracked with no visibility of the home screen. Long story short I needed to replace my screen on my old iPhone 12 Pro Max in order to trade it in for a new phone. Brought in my water damaged phone, my guy is a nice dude, texted me about everything and what to do before bringing it in. On text he tells me it may take 20-40 minutes to repair, which to me sounded too good to be true, however I take it anyway as he has a lot of great reviews. I bring it into his office-like building and he starts doing all the repairs to the phone. After like 30 or so minutes, he informs me it's gonna take longer but could finish in a day or two. I understand and leave. Next day, he calls my mom and tells her that the phone is fixed and I can pick it up today. My mom and I drive to the building and it is far from fixed. He tells us in person, after we drove that it shuts down every three minutes and I still have to buy a new phone too? Mind you he told my mom on call it was ready for pick up and that it was fixed. Didn't mention the fact that it had ANY of these problems during our call. Still charged us full price and asked us if we had any questions. Even with all this, he is a nice guy and is willing to help. On, 9/7/23, Ida fixed my mom's screen protector. We also tried to replace her phone battery. My mom had an SE, she didn't have the battery on stock. Ida said it'll in be in on Friday, 9/8/23. As promised the battery was in. It took about 5 minutes to replace. She said the battery 1 month warranty.
