I am an old retired guy with my share of aches and pains and Laila spends probably 2/3 of the time on the areas you say are your trouble spots. I always feel I get a good overall workout and the big benefit for me is gradual improvement in flexibility and overall muscle balance. The muscle testing is key and seems to help Laila spot which muscles are overworked and which are just slackers. I think we are all lucky that Laila opened her business in the Coachella Valley.
