I liked her so much and felt so much better that I have gotten two series of six massages each since then.

We had the soaking tubs, sauna and pools pretty much to ourselves and the food and bubbly were exactly what we needed. The only negative was as that one Caesar salad, two glasses of bubbly and one shrimp quesadilla was somehow like 220.00??? That seemed excessive and exorbitant. We had vouchers from TravelZoo which gave a pretty decent discount but then the total bill ended up being like $550.00 with the food and drink... the math wasn't mathing so I think they need to work on that. But everything else was exceptional.

There's a small lobby and gift shop. The changing rooms are downstairs and there's a waiting room upstairs where the treatment rooms are. The lockers might be slightly confusing - press clear before setting your code. Lou and Julia were our excellent female practitioners. Five stars for them. The massage comes with use of the spa amenities. I was surprised there was a small coed sauna outside by the pool. There's no steam room but there a couple of plunge pools, including one with heated jets. I'll use the spa again the next time I stay at the Lodge.

It was a couples massage. My girlfriends was decent. With hundreds of massages under my belt, I feel this and this price. 90% of Asian massages at half the cost were twice as good. Never had this issue in places like Serenity Spa in Granite Bay or other Sacramento area establishments. It has been over a month and after a trip expensive trip to the ER and time, it is mostly feeling healed. It was Excessive Pressure. The owner offered an apology and had a conversation with the therapist about the incident she stated. No refund was ever given and all communication ceased. It is probably not worth contacting an attorney at this point. ($1600 ER bill) and many days of pain, but an expensive lesson. Higher priced massages does not necessarily equate to higher quality.

I called the company and told them that a friend of mine made the same-day appointment and I was to call and let them know what services I wanted. I did not see any service that I would like to have because they did not have what I wanted and I told them I wanted to cancel. They said I could not cancel because the appointment was made today and their policy is that they could not cancel. I explained to the lady that a friend of mine just made the appointment not even 20 minutes ago and I do not care to go. They informed me that they would charge her card anyway so I went there so my friend would not get charged. They charged $35 for me to put my foot in a bucket of water for 15 minutes. I am not happy with this place nor the policy and I will never be back here. I asked a worker is this all the service she said yes I put my foot in the water for 6 minutes and left. This is a reply to the answer that they wrote on me, I was not late. They asked me to come in 15 minutes early so I could check out with my other friends who had the nerve to stay there. They were very rude and nasty and was upset because I am telling the truth. I would not recommend this place to a dog! Horrible

Pressure, flow, consistency.. all of it spot on. I can't say enough about how ideal that 75 minutes of relaxation was! Then onto a pedicure with Jess. Wow, so great! A guy getting a pedicure may be not manly enough for some.. but my feet feel like the just got a luxury experience that I had been needing for years and very knew! Jess is a try professional in her craft and I would and will come back without a doubt and have this treatment done again! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and super clean and modern space in Downtown Napa. If you are a local or tourist visiting Napa Valley, treat yourself at Greenhaus! We all deserve it.

The massage started at my feet and worked all the way up to my scalp, which I found to be an unusual sequence. I've had many massages over the years, and I've never experienced one done in that order, so it felt a bit odd. The pressure remained too light throughout, and I kept hoping it would improve, but it never did. I paid for a 90-minute session and, honestly, I was ready to leave after the first 20 minutes. To top it off, at the end of the massage I was handed a dry towel to wipe the massage oil off myself, which felt unusual and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. The spa itself is beautiful, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. I just wish the massage had matched the quality of the rest of the experience.

Both times I called I reached a voicemail but they quickly returned my call. After speaking to someone on the phone I got an email confirmation with additional details like parking or arriving 15 minutes early. I had no trouble rescheduling the appointments for later in the day when something came up. The resort is beautiful! It's like a little cottage. The landscaping is immaculate. When we arrived there was a wedding going on. It was a little confusing how to find the spa. One of the employees told us to follow the brick path and take a right. A less scenic but easier instructions would be to head back out towards the street after dropping off your car with the valet and make a left. As you're walking along the street you'll easily find The Spa/pool area. Checking in we were given a pair of slippers and shown the locker room. Instructions on how to use the locker are easy. You get to choose a 4 digit code. I recommend bringing a swim suit so you can enjoy the hydrotherapy garden (jacuzzi and steam room) afterwards. I was told access to the pool is available for an additional $5. Very clean facilities! Someone must be attending to the locker rooms constantly. Nothing was out of place. Plenty of clean towels. Lots of personal care products available. In the waiting area for the massage even had cookies from the restaurant. There's also water and tea available. After the 50 minute MacArthur massage I felt like I woke up from a good nap. It was very refreshing. My friend said her massage targeted areas based on what she did for work repetitively.
