I was looking for Grey at first, but when I saw this blue I had to have it. The price was a great deal for me because these tufted beds usually cost way more! I reached out about the bed and spoke with Aj via messenger. My experience with Aj was nothing less then exceptional. I received around the clock customer service, all my questions answered in a timely manner, polite and helpful. Delivery was inexpensive and fast! Delivery happened the very next day. Aj worked with whatever time was convenient for me and he was on time! My bed came new in the box and assembly was included. Aj and his team were careful when moving bed into the house. Set up went smoothly and they took their time making sure my bed was set up properly, safe and secure. My son tested everything out by jumping on my bed for almost an hour after it was set up. The bed did not rock, squeak or move under our weight. Yes "our weight" because the kid in me got a few jumps in too. Nothing too extreme. To me the bed is not cheap looking and it looks well made. The store is closing closing, Though the store is closing it is not in disarray. The aisles are still unkempt, though some are empty. Also, they have begun to use the empty shelves to spotlight some of the things that are in abundance. The Discounts range from 10% - 50% and even with the 10%, you can feel it in your pocket. She began to show us the ones that were on clearance and had my friend lay on them to see how it felt and after the second mattress which my friend sat on for a few seconds the lady says "you have to lay on it for more than 5 seconds".
