Well, I met my father when I was about 8 years old and he handed me a 10 mm wrench and told me which bolts to remove for him. I've been turning those same wrenches ever since. I'm 33 years old now so I'd say I have at least 10-15 solid years of knowing exactly what I'm doing and knowing many, many tricks to the trade. You pay me for all the time it took me to get to where I am today. Which is wonderful for you because I'm a lot faster with hand tools on the ground than most mechanics are with air tools and a lift. I'm not trying to toot my own horn but I love what I do and I'm one of the best at it. I worked many years in the shop with my old man until one day I decided that people can't afford a tow bill and get their car fixed too so here we are saving you most of the money right out of the gate. I sleep better at night knowing your bank account still has some wiggle room in it incase you have more than one disaster at a time. Plus we just love being able to help others.
