I ended not using Ady's service because I was so tight on timing and had to drive myself to secretary of state office in downtown and LA county registrars in Norwalk. But I did request quote form Ady at late night hours and he called me back first thing in the morning. I would totally recommend him for anyone needing apostille service and has some time for a week turnaround time.
