Prices for some items are a little bit obnoxious, the products I picked were on discount and I chose to absorb the cost, and upgrade from the practical cheap, but falling apart Ikea lamps. The store was overcrowded during boxing week and service was slow. Shop your lights in the evening if you can get there before 6pm at the beginning of the week. You also may wish to check the description of the product online while in the store as some questions I asked were not answered accurately and some others I even didn't think of asking. One of the items I bought was not available and the personnel didn't necessarily follow on the committed delivery date. Anyway I called multiple times and finally got my luminous beauty. I can't say the service in the store was amazing, but in the end is beyond the three stars. Multi-Luminaire Pointe-Clare is far away from where a live, but I would return there because of the extensive choice.

These guys were arguing and shouting at each other in Russian during more than 1 hour. I was shocked by that, but since they were putting together the bed, I endured that. Then, no news, I had to leave a very large number of messages, emails as nobody never answers their queue line. You always end up having to leave a voicemail but they never call back. After numerous attempts, I left a call back number and 3 days after I received a call and a new delivery was booked. I explained that I live on the 3rd floor, they told me no issue, they are used to that. Well the delivery men showed but they told me that they can`t deliver because the sideboard is too heavy and they need a third man! I had to leave I don`t know how many voicemails, emails, call back numbers before someone called me and booked another delivery. Guess what, the day prior to the delivery, I didn`t receive the automated message to tell me it will be delivered within the 4 hours timeframe and of course no one calls you back or trying to help. I have submitted a dispute with my bank and requesting to have the sideboard credited + the white glove service fees in their entirety. This is a scam company; they will do anything to prevent you from reaching out to them; that are very fast at cashing in but that have a very problematic customer, sales and after sales service. You have no idea all the frustration that I had to go through due to their lack of responsiveness and due to the fact that you can never talk to someone live!

Not here ... it was like they have never seen one before. 3 employees looked at it for minutes and decided to call the manager to check it. After an embarrassing 15 minutes of waiting in line for the manager to come, he finally decided to show up, took a marker and passed it on the bill and what a wonder: it's a good one. I asked him if he was the only one qualified to pass a marker on the 100$ bill to check it and he said yes, "only management" can do it. Well, I guess he is very proud of himself, the test he had to pass to be "qualified" for this operation must have been veeeeery difficult!
