    I injured my knee this spring, so knew I'd need to use a mobility scooter during the eight days…read morethis summer we spent at a convention at The Galt House, and for the back and forth trips to the Yum! Center where many of our events were being held. I searched online, and LMS was one of the companies that sounded most promising, so I submitted an online request for a quote. I had the quote by the next morning, and it came in over 25% lower than the national scooter rental company the convention committee had referred me to. The scooter was dropped off and waiting for me at the hotel by the time we arrived, it was in great shape, it was extremely comfortable and easy to drive, and it served me very well every day, all day. I left it with the bellman in the hotel lobby as I left, and LMS picked it up from there. My experience with LMS was perfect -- it went just like I hoped it would! I'd been worried about whether I'd be able to get around well enough to enjoy the convention, and because of the scooter, and the excellent service provided by LMS, it was completely hassle-free. I'm going back to Louisville later this year for another convention, plan to rent from them again for that week, and have already told others about them, too.

    Dear Kentucky Branch Manager, I am writing to bring to your…read moreimmediate attention a serious and urgent matter involving one of your customers, Angelique Lenoir Lafi, whose motorized wheelchair remains inoperable despite multiple service requests and a recent technician visit. On July 8, a technician was scheduled to repair her wheelchair. A required part had reportedly been in your warehouse for over a month, yet no one notified her of its availability. The technician replaced a knob on the joystick but did not address the primary damage, restore functionality, or verify that the chair was charging. After the visit, the wheelchair remained completely nonfunctional. This issue began months ago with a simple missing screw. Because Angelique cannot use her right hand, she contacted your company for assistance. That request went unanswered. Over time, the damage worsened: the joystick armrest detached, internal components became exposed, the screen failed, and the wheelchair became unusable. On July 9, your office coordinator, Ms. Sexton, stated that she had spoken with Skipper, the director, and that he would call Angelique by noon to arrange a proper repair visit. No call was received. Angelique has now been without a working wheelchair for nearly 48 hours, leaving her effectively immobile. This situation reflects a breakdown in communication, service, and accountability. A disabled customer should never be left without essential mobility equipment due to delays, miscommunication, or incomplete service. Immediate action is required. Angelique needs a technician dispatched promptly to complete all necessary repairs and restore her wheelchair to safe working condition. Additionally, this matter warrants internal review to prevent similar failures in the future. I expect a timely response and resolution. Sincerely, ANTONIO
