I went to see Bamboo not knowing anything about fascia work or anything about fascia in the body…read more I saw an ad (not Bamboo's) regarding fascia treatments and thought this is my last try for getting help on an old shoulder injury from a hard fall and my balance issues from cervical surgery. I've been trying to resolve my shoulder issue for years and paid hundreds of dollars trying to resolve with no positive results. I found Bamboo online and decided to try this work as a final fix. Bamboo is very compassionate, thorough and easy to work with. My balance and walking ability improved greatly with her treatment. My shoulder pain has lessened and I'm much more knowledgeable about the fascia system and how it affects the whole body.

The day of the appointment I text again asking her to confirm pricing for initial visit, she did not respond. I called no answer. My mistake for showing up to the appointment at all considering the lack of responsiveness. I showed up, she treated me for 2 hours and charged me $350. She said all of her treatments last two hours. The price was shocking. I would not have come had I known, and I tend to believe she likely knew the same. I feel scammed and am mad at myself for showing up for that appointment. Pricing is not noted anywhere on her website.

The staff here especially RANDI as well as the PTA's were so helpful, all exercises definitely played a big role. I feel great. Randi was an absolute gem, she was so sweet, helpful and easy going- she made a difficult time enjoyable. All PTAs that helped me, Dawson, Grace, I think the names were Carina and Alex? not sure but every PTA that helped me were awesome, so nice and very helpful and encouraging. PT Caren was also awesome ! She helped me when I was unable to see Randi and was great to work with. The complete front desk were always so welcoming and nice when interacting with them and great when it came to rescheduling visits due to auth issues or scheduling issues. During this time of covid, it is important to ensure safety protocol was being followed. It definitely was. The facility had hand sanitizer the moment you walked in the lobby and available in the gym area and treatment rooms. The staff was quick to clean all workout equipment right after you finished using it, all weights, bands, floor mats, the balls and the tables were cleaned right away. Everyone was masked and they ensured that everyone in there followed it. Even when it was busy, they had great team work to make sure everyone was being taken care of in between and during exercises. I definitely do not plan to be in physical therapy again or have any injuries but will definitely miss seeing these friendly faces especially Randi! If you ever need physical therapy, Two Trees in Ventura on Loma Vista is hands down the best!

Several friends who are clients pushed me to make an appointment with Leigh who specializes in Graston and Fascial Stretch Therapy. Forty years of cycling and bicycling crashes had taken its toll. I was reluctant to go having been to sent to other PT's by physicians in the past. I felt significant relief after the first visit and have been going regularly since to deal with other issues I had assumed were long past remediation because of age or injuries. I have referred others, including two relatives, to Dr. Mike (who is taking new patients) and they are enthusiastic about their improvement as well. It took a bit to get an appointment because they are in such demand and they don't take insurance but my only regret is that I didn't begin this years ago.
