She supported me through…read morean intense postpartum recovery that included a fourth-degree tear, pubic symphysis separation, left hip pain, and a few other injuries along the way. With her expertise, I was able to return to my pre-birth running level. As I trained for the Tokyo Marathon, it truly felt like we were training together. Margo was there every step of the way, ensuring I reached my goal safely. Thanks to her, I achieved a personal best of 3:12. But beyond the race, she made the biggest impact on my entire postpartum journey. Her knowledge, Return to Running program, encouragement, and expertise provided constant support and turned what could have been a very difficult experience into a deeply positive one. I also can't say enough about the care Margo, Miguel, Ashley, and the rest of the team gave my daughter during each session because it was exceptional. I'm incredibly grateful to them, to this facility, and to the healing space they created for me.

She does a great job explaining things and helps me with the exercises (I'm not athletic, so I appreciate her being non judgmental and patient). The office staff is nice & I'm thrilled they have private rooms for PT time with closing doors. Would recommend

The front desk greeted me in a way that absolutely made me feel welcome. They handled me with great care and really listened to me. Stephen was my first therapist and he's amazing. I also see Ashley. I couldn't have picked two finer, more caring people. My progress is wonderful and when my body feels better, so does my mood. Advantage PTs are simply the best and I never have to look any farther for help. They really care and know what they are doing... and it shows. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you Advantage for helping me get my life back.

Therapists handling 2 clients at a time and leaving one client to do exercises alone. Supposedly inquiring emails about progress which are ghosted. As the call started, I clearly stated that I have a concussion. I was also speaking very slowly. I had trouble understanding "receptionist" so I asked follow up questions - all normal clear symptoms of post-consussion symptoms. "Receptionist" was rushing through everything, speaking very fast and in condescending tone, speaking down to me, implying in her voice and words how annoyed she is that I don't understand things that in her mind are easy, when I was confirming if they take my insurance. I then asked what does initial evaluation include, which tests, etc we will be doing as this clinic is a certified location with Concussion program I'm currently involved in online already. She basically said she doesn't know anything, no noone else is going to talk to me ever, the only way to know is to schedule an appointment. She refused to ask someone who knows to call me back, refused to ask herself the answer to questions she didn't know answers to and call me back. Completely unhelpful. In comparison, I just got off the phone with another certified clinic on my Concussion's programs' list where I was scheduled to speak to main therapist herself same day, after asking. It is normal to expect a patient, compassionate care. It is normal for receptionist to be able to answer basic questions about services. None of that happened. I am disabled due to my concussion. I don't have have to be or think at the same speed as anyone. Her behaviour was extremely unprofessional. This "receptionist" should not be working with patients, she is the wrong fit. She doesn't have any patient skills. She sounded like she was selling trinkets over the phone, like a cheap salesman, pushy, angry, stressed, condescending. I have asked her to stop talking, as her very fast, annoyed voice started increasing my headaches/vertigo and emotional state as she was undermining my questions, my needs, and invlidating my requests constantly. She ignored me and didn't stop talking about how "no, she will not help me". I had to ask her to stop 2 more times, before she actually stopped talking. Which shows she wasn't even listening. After she stopped, I clearly said "you are speaking way too fast for me to understand, I said I have a concussion and you can hear I am speaking very slow. You sound stressed and you just excerbated my symptoms. Please ask a therapist to call me". She said "yeah right that's not gonna happen". I put down the phone.
