Will never use again. Total nightmare. I booked this service and will never book again. I wanted something close and stress free for a family member that is in a wheelchair. The driver drove dangerously and was stressed out, erratic and agitated. We all have bad days but it sucks when a family member who is already in pain and inconvenienced by an injury to have to endure that. What should have been a simple stress free drive to the hospital turned out to be complete chaos. Not to mention I was overcharged, they arrived to the appointment late, he complained that it was taking too long to wait (because he was late the appt ran late!!) and to top it all off he did not even drive them all the way back home, he dropped off on a corner and said someone else was going to drive them back home because he needed to run a personal errand. Completely unacceptable. I am so sad that I paid to have my family member treated this way when all I wanted to do was help. read more

My dad was due for surgery and was incredibly weak. Malik was there early to take him to an 8:30 check in at Pre-op. Although we had originally given him an earlier time, once we arrived at the hospital we had to change that completely since post op was 2 hours longer than we had understood. He was there and waited even though it took them a while to get my dad out of post op. Amazing attentive and completely reliable. So glad to have found Mobility for Medics! The service was great, except...over the phone I thought the driver said it was $25 for a 5 mile round trip service. A wheelchair & walker, 2 elderly people who were a total of 5-6 miles from pick up to drop off to pick up, drop off...$125 total!!! I can see if they were driven one way to the airport or 30 miles away, but $125??? I had asked on Yelp for an estimate but no reply, when I spoke to the driver over the phone, I heard $25, which another company had quoted prior, so yeah, all good....but then my dad called to say he charged him $125, I was shocked...I understand the cost of gas, I get people are in business to make money, but come on guys, $125/5 miles?? To his credit, the driver refunded $45, but still, $80 for two 3 mile rides, in my humble opinion-wow!! If you can afford it, go right ahead, but I'd go elsewhere... read more
