She had 19 years of PT experience under her belt and she sure knew her stuff. She explained the reason for everything, and the proceeded to make sure I was completing exercises to the best of my ability. I appreciated her kind yet firm professionalism. She was the best PT person ever! I also had a few interactions with Chris whom I really appreciated as well. He was always professional and again, very kind. All their precautions during this scary time of Covid where adhered to - they both made me feel very safe in their care. I applaud Superior Home Health and especially Rhoda and Chris. I like the fact that the caregivers/nurses are the same people every day. Very good for my parents with dementia. Mani is always on top of things and there is always a line of communication between her, her office and me.
