Ordered a hooker furniture console in august 2024. Delivered in September 2024 damaged. Mobley said would reorder and that we could keep one damaged until ne wone came in. Told new one would be in around December. Received call that unit still on backorder and would be in around February. It is now February 15th, 2025 and no word on replacement . I called today to check on status and encountered a view rude associate when I ask about the status. She replied to me that she was sure that it was ordered and someone would call when it came in. At that point, I politely ask her could she check to see if it was truly reordered and she very rudely said that is waht we are in the business of by placing orders. At this point, I replied I understand but could it have gotten not reordered. I told her from her tone to me that she did not have to cop an attitude. At this point, she said I will have the manager call you and she hung up. What horrible person to employ that treats customers like that. However, Mr. Evans Ben immediately called me back and was very courteous and said it had just come in last week and said it had not been unboxed. He said delivery would be made next week. I advised him of my conversation and he said he would take care of that situation. I have done business here for years, no more. read more

We come down from Macon and it's worth the drive every time. We have bought so much from Mobley over the years for all the rooms in our home. The first time, I shopped at Mobley's Furniture, a salesperson greeted me and told me I should go to the other store!!!!!! ( I'm Black ) to see what I could find there.....My Niece and I was so SHOCKED!!!!!!!!!! I looked at him in total shock, he immediately apologized, I shared with the other store my experience, they too were SHOCKED!!!! There I experienced the BEST....Mr. Bucky, to this Date.......June 28, 2023...........The Best Man, Mr. Bucky, ask for him, so pleasant and helpful. Therfore whatever I need or want, I will take it through Mr. Bucky. Oh, by the way, I had a good experience with Jason, I recently purchased a Bed and I called and had a problem, the button was stuck, but GUESS WHAT!!!!!! Jason drove all the way to my home and helped me, he was so POLITE.................I bet they (Mr. Bucky or Jason) are never told how much they are APPRECIATED!!!!!!! They can carry the best furniture names, but once there is a problem or issue with their product, they totally ignore you. No answers, no response, no nothing - it's like you don't exist. I have a manufacturing problem/issue & will probably wind up going to small claims court. All I want is a refund - Mobley can come & take this garbage furniture. You will be better off finding different places to shop for furniture, or better yet, go into their store, pick out a few things of interest & write down all the information about it, then google where else it is carried. This Mobleys Fine Furniture just isn't worth it. Customer Service is a joke, along with the people in charge. Loved the store, however unfortunately the customer service was horrific. As I walked in no one greeted me, nobody asked what I was looking for, nor how I was doing. In my opinion customer service is what makes your busines, if your employees don't act as if they want to work then they shouldn't be in the most socially inclined aspect of the job. The young lady at the front desk never looked up as she played on her phone. There was an older man at the front who was completely oblivious to anything and when you were to ask him something he came back with a very snarky remark. read more

Have visited the store for several years. As usual I was disappointed. When arriving it was hard to find a sales person. One lady hurried by and said hello and didn't stop. I had called the store earlier to ask a couple questions and was told rudely by a lady that she didn't know because she not a sales person. Didn't offer to transfer me. The sales person I finally found could appeared to not know the answers. Obviously they don't need the sales. I will not ever try them again. Went to another store in a town close by... got the same price quoted at Mobley's. I have confidence the purchase I made will have a company that will stand behind the product. We bought our bedroom suit at Mobley and our salesman did a great job of educating us on the many options. The staff was very friendly and the location has three stores all next door to each other and a lot of selection in all price ranges. Surprisingly, we discovered their in store prices are better than the set prices on the same furniture found on different sites on the Internet. I went into Mobley's the other day with my in-laws to "just look". For a small town like Perry, I was pretty impressed with their selection and set up. Plus their staff was not at all pushy, like some other furniture stores, when we said we were just looking. All and all, it was a nice experience and I hope to buy there soon. read more

Customer service goes out the door the minute your purchase is complete and you leave the store. Claims calls are not returned. Exactly what I was looking for was found, & the 2 that were given as gifts were extremely appreciated.
