The owner, is absolutely rude, she treats her employees like dirt. She gave 1 day of training to a girl that didn't know anything about the business, and expected her to know everything right away. And then blamed her for having to work over the weekend. Worst experience ever. Walked in on Monday morning to drop off clothes, I had never been to this place before so I was a little confused as to where I put my clothes (meaning which counter). I asked the lady behind one of the counters who I should give these to, her response was, "Not me, the gentleman over there is a lot nicer than me." Hmmm, okay I thought couldn't tell if she was trying to funny or not. Anyways the gentleman behind the other counter helped me and told me he would text me when my clothes would be done. No problem I thought. Well Saturday comes around, there was an emergency and I needed to leave town but the cleaners still had my clothes, so I dropped by to see if they would be done before I left that afternoon, the same lady that was there on Monday was working the front, I informed her that something came up and I had to leave town in a few hours, she told me that my clothes were not ready so I asked her if I could just take them not done because I needed them. She shouted "NO, if you needed them today then you should've mentioned that when you drop them off." Well I'm thinking to myself how was I suppose to know that I was going to have to leave unexceptionally? Plus it's been 5 days that they have had my clothes. (Where I am from it takes no more than a day or 2 the most). So since she would not give me my clothes, I left. 3 days later I finally get a text that my clothes were finally done, mind you that kept 2 jeans and a shirt 8 days! I've never used a cleaners that takes that long to starch clothes. I will never go back to this place. read more

For the only dry cleaner in town it isn't bad. Relatively quick turn around and (fingers crossed) none of my clothes have been damaged.

It may be the only dry cleaner in town but if you value your clothes do not bring them here. That is all I have to say.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!! I was told by an employee that they could make simple curtains, switch out materials in pillow cases ect. For $30 an hour. So I purchased new material for my couch pillows cases, the front panel did not match my decor and I need it switched. I dropped it off and was told it would be awhile. No problem I thought. Well when I went to pick them up. They were ruined RUINED and the girl behind the counter new it. The owner TOM came out and agreed it was crappy work and not done properly. I was told that the seamstress was Russian and that they have a communications barrier. I told Tom I was willing to drive back to Minot to get more material so that the pillows could be fixed. I even brought in 2 inserts so they could see that the cases were now to small. This was per Toms request. Liz ( the sister to Tom and other owner) called me and told me that they ( pillow cases) were up to her standards and that I could either come pick up my stuff or she would be donating it. It's going to cost me $ 150 to replace the pillows plus the material I already bought, plus new material. When my husband and I went in to speak with them. They refused to see us. By far the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. I heard they had a horrible reputation here. But thought I'd give them a chance since the employee was so helpful and answered all of my questions. read more
