My installation was not completed the day it was scheduled. They did not return for several days to complete the install. I was charged for "level 5" due to the price point of the home. I had requested modern staging for a very modern house. I received furniture that was of poor quality, was not modern at all with the exception of the living room. The bed spread and towels did not match the color scheme of the house. Many accessories were ugly and I removed them from the counters because they were so bad. I asked for the furniture to be picked up the day my contract ended 12/11 and was told it would be around then. I called 12/10 since I had not heard from anyone and apparently it had not even been scheduled and could not be picked up until the 16th. On the 15th they called to confirm pickup for first stop on the 16th which was important since I had repairs to complete before closing. They were not there by 11. I called and was told that they would be there between 12 and 1. They left a tray behind, debris from plants, a metal bracket in the hallway. In addition the wood floors under the area rug are cupping. I am having to sand and finish the floors today to repair the problem. Will not use or recommend Model My Home. Terrible experience and I have used multiple stagers. This is the most expensive staging I have done and the worst service and quality of staging. read more

I'm a Realtor for 25 years and I only use Model My Home for all my staging. They are awesome in full & partial house staging... when its vacant, they recommend the living , dining , kitchen, master and master bath and study . They also come in and tell my clients what needs to go and how to arrange what is left and I always want them to do some small accessorizing to the empty bedrooms .. Believe this , every time i use them the house sells within a week. One of my recent staging jobs, the home had the worst floorplan and the floors were different colors of tile and different wood looks in laminate. All of these floors were together in the entry . The seller had no money for updating the floors so I decided to STAGE it to look good and when buyers come in they won't look down (as much). Sold it 2 weeks later ... and only had to replace the green tile. I was the 5th agent on that house in 2 years. They are worth it and you can pay at closing read more

This was my first time ever using any home staging and I had lots of fear and hesitation but every thing turned out fine. Very professional staff and they communicated very well during the staging processes . They gave me a very reasonable bid and they did a very good job, I wish I used their services earlier, when I put my house on the market for sale. We could not sell our home and took it off the market to rent but I will use their services again next year . Everything went smoothly and hassle free. I did not see any of the stagers or any decorators from the company(they charge you extra if you come in while they are setting up and basically you cannot have any input in where and what and how to stage.)
