A 15 minute search finally produced the item (a tablecloth) which had neither been cleaned nor pressed. They said it would take another two days. I asked if I would still be charged and the employees said, "Of course unless you want to take it with you now." They apologized but that's it. No explanation. No discount. Two days later I was simply glad to have the tablecloth (which was needed for a business seminar exhibitor table) back in my possession.
