THEN when we called, the piercer is out of town (mind you, she said if something happens come back Tuesday, during the piercing process) so she's not available. The lady that answered gave attitude instead of trying to handle this situation professionally. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS! The young lady is new at it, and I get mistakes happen, it my daughter has 1 out of 2 that cost $120! The swelling on the SMALLEST bars, stripped the threads and her post fell out. UNACCEPTABLE TO SAY THE LEAST. As I see it, they owe my daughter a redo in 2 months, this was her sweet 16 present and it's ruined. OR a refund for the avoidable mess they caused and now won't fix. UPDATE: Took her to a better piercer with more experience. Found out her one surviving piercing is crooked as hell (45 degree angle) and looks like it was a total loss on the whole experience. Turns out they use cheap jewelry from Amazon as well! This entire experience has sucked, which is sad because the young lady was super nice and patient with my daughter. She needs more training obviously. We need a refund, both piercings had to be removed to heal properly. $120 for neither piercing to have worked out. My wife will be in touch about the refund

They messed up my tattoo and industrial piercing 17 years ago so I should not have come back, that's my fault. I came back to have them turn my nose ring because the way it was put in, is crooked and pushing into my nostril. I was told to come back in an hour because the piercer was doing a tattoo. When I came back, I was told to wait an additional 20 minutes. After waiting 2 hours I was then asked how I would pay and told that it is $10 for them to put on gloves because that is considered a supply. There is a reason why this place is always empty. Don't waste your money.

Since they are cheap, a lot of young people flock here to get the coolest new piercing. Please don't let this be you. I didn't get pierced here, but my little sister did. She took care of it, and it still ended up infected, misplaced and all around wrong. Tons of people are misguided and think that their piercings are quality and safe. This shop uses cheap jewelry, and that alone can be dangerous to your health. I hope that things improve with this shop so that I can have a change of heart, but I really can't recommend it to anyone. Go to Raleigh for your tattoo and piercing needs. There are better shops and better talent out there.

The work came out absolutely perfect.. clean lines, incredible detail, exactly what I envisioned. The price was way better than expected, which was a huge bonus on top of an already great experience. I sent them the reference they said that can be done. instead this is what I got. I paid $800 for it and now have another artist starting an amazing sleeve starting at the bottom and when we get to elbow we have to some how fix this. I thought a second visit may help it but I'm to worried of going back to this shop. When you walk in the floor is sticky with ripped tattoo tables, smells funky and no real great places to park. I was willing to still get tattooed and trust the process because I've gotten great tattoos at a kitchen table. To be fair I trusted them and liked them enough that I didn't micro manage and after wards even said it looked good thinking maybe there was a plan to go back in at the other session when we did forearm. Unfortunately when I started looking at it as it heals I noticed the stencil I gave them wasn't even close to the same as what I got. The entire time at this shop he didn't look at the reference but once.‍ I didn't go back for touch ups or asked for money back. I wasn't going to write a review either but when a buck pig sits below your shirt sleeve people instantly want to see the rest and when I do I have not had a person not laugh. After this review my wife saw that he commented about asking money back. I'm a busy guy so I left review and went on about life, she decided to call to ask on her break because she knew Im disappointed. When he found out who she was he cursed her out. All he had to do is say no. Seeing how this happened I gave him to the end of today to apologize and he didn't so I can't write a second review but I can revise my existing one. You don't get to talk to another man's wife like that. This is not how you conduct business. I'm not going to name call or anything crazy because I wont give him a reason to take this down. If he wants this review gone or at minimum revised he's going to sincerely apologize for how he communicated to my wife.

Our tattoos could not be more different, in size concept and style, but both are completely perfect and beautiful pieces of art. He can do it all!!! I came to Ken with a hot mess of halfway thought out ideas and he was able to patiently and kindly pluck right out of my "oh squirrel" brain exactly what I wanted and executed it to perfection!
