I was told that I needed to get acrylic powder because I I wanted a skinny straight file so I did . I was rushed and then white painted on tip was very messy. 2 days later my nails started lifting.. I went back and the tech told me that it was my natural nails that were the cause lol.. she then told me it was the type of acrylic so I asked why are using it ?... I've worn arcylic powder for years and this never happened. The manager, Tracey, an Asian lady, kept telling the young lady, she was taking too long to do her nails. She had the nerve to come over there and grab my elderly mother's hand and started to file her nails very roughly. My elderly mother is 85 1/2. That did not sit well with me at all and I let her know. I told her that she needed to leave my mother alone and to let the young lady finish doing her nails. She continued to run her mouth and disrespect me, and even shouted out that my mom needed to get up out of her chair and go wash her hands, I yelled out to the entire shop, that my mother cannot walk!!! She continued to run her mouth after that and told us not to come back and that if we did, she would not let the same young lady do her nails, and that she herself, would do my mother's nails. I told her that would definitely not happen. She continued to run her mouth, very disrespectfully and she runs the whole entire place like it's a damn sweat shop. All you gotta do is look around and watch her and how she speaks to her employees, very disrespectfully. I told her that the young lady could do my mother's nails, if I brought her back in there, and she said that no she could not because she would make sure she was on vacation, as if she would even know when the hell we were coming back.
