The office setting in Plaza Las Americas is very beautiful and displays a very modern medical setting, not to mention the spectacular view from the dental procedure office that oversees the San Juan Convention Center. Dr. Gonzalez Lopez is a gentleman and was very very professional and meticulous in his diagnosis and when performing the root canal, he detailed everything he was doing or going to do. He is sensitive to how you are feeling with regards to pain so that he can ensure that it is minimized and that you remain comfortable. He is a medical professional with exemplary credentials that we are very fortunate to have in Puerto Rico. Highly highly RECOMMEND!

I had a serious dental emergency on a Friday and every other Entodonist was closed or booked and turned me away. Dr. Frame was booked too, but he recognized the emergency and agreed to help me. Im still learning Spanish and was grateful that he and a few staff speak English. He carefully walked me through the issue and all the options. He wrote me a prescription (I needed antibiotics and a root canal) and waited for me to grab it on the first floor of the building so I could get started on healing before the procedure. Helping me meant that he had to stay late at work that day, and I don't know many people who would do that for anyone, let alone a walk-in. Immediately after the procedure I felt relief. He told me what to expect and how to take care of myself while I heal. He scheduled a followup apt and xray to confirm everything. 5* for care and service and 5* for quality of dental work. I will recommend him to anyone!

Her office is comfortable, her equipment is state-of-the-art, and her approach to dentistry is truly modern. She practices pain-free dentistry with exceptional skill; my entire procedure took only an hour, and my tooth has already fully recovered. Dr. Garraton is not only highly skilled but also efficient and compassionate. What impressed me most was how seamless the entire experience was--no discomfort, no stress, just expert care from start to finish. And the best surprise: the cost was nearly half of what I've been quoted elsewhere. If you need a root canal or any specialized dental work, I can say without hesitation that Dr. Alexandra Garraton is the best in her field.

I got a laugh from the review below complaining about waiting for an hour from her appointment to see the dentist, she clearly has never been to visit a dental or medical professional in Puerto Rico, typical wait times are on the order of 3-4 hours and appointments are usually just advisory. Dr. Cruz has always been timely for me, except for once when there was an emergency case which he allowed to skip the line.

I've never tried oxygen "therapy", and normally I would research something before blindly determining it's benefit to a particular ailment. But, I figured for $10 for 10 minutes to breathe in some nice smells and oxygen, why the f not give it a try. The shopkeeper told me it works wonders for hangovers and she feels refreshed afterwards. So for 10 minutes I chose the peppermint smell, and took some deep breaths. After ten minutes I thought I'd feel soooomething. Nope. Nothing. Notta. Then I tried my go with ten minutes in the water massager for $10. This was pleasant and unique! It feels like a light pressure washer is massaging your body, but you're not getting wet! I was ticklish in certain areas that the pressure was being applied to, but they give you a button where you can stop it at a location you'd like to focus on. A recommendation would be for the shop to include a few lockers as I had nowhere to conceal my belongings as I was in the machine. Unknown if this had anything to do with breathing in the peppermint oil or the oxygen, but that night my throat started to get scratchy and dry and thankfully dissipated when I woke the next day. Again, I don't know if this caused to my scratchy throat but it was the only thing I could possibly attribute it to! Overall, IMO: 1. oxygen is a waste of time and money 2. massage was cool and I'd do it again

We brought him because he needs to have his short frenulum corrected. Dr. Martinez Goda has been very patient and excellent with us. The first time I came by myself for an initial consult, and she gave so much information and was so helpful. The second time I came with my husband to do the procedure, but we got cold feet and it ended up being an initial consult for my husband (lol) and the doctor was so understanding of our fear as new parents. Now we are finally here to do the procedure to our baby and I was so nervous! We were in traffic due to the rain and they were very understanding and delayed our appointment 15min. So the frenectomy surgery was very simple and extremely quick! The doctor was so cautious and gently with our baby and she showed us the exercises we need to do post op for two weeks until the check up. I breastfed him right after the surgery in the room and just started crying of relief (we made the decision to do the surgery because of lactation issues) and the doctor comforted me. It has been a journey and I am so so so happy I was recommended to Dr. Martinez Goda!

My daughter was always OK with her regular visits. My son on the other hand, had various serious problems that Dra. Esquilin was very assertive to identify right on time. On one of the regular visits, just by looking at his sinus x-ray, she noticed some strange shadow, that ended up needing maxillofacial surgery. Due to my son's medications for his respiratory condition, he developed a fragile molar that she took care for years, making sure it could be saved. She always referred to it as her "baby-molar". Melba, great work, as of today your baby molar is save. Had to say that we followed her from office to office. My kids continued seeing her even after high school. My son last treatment with her was to address his wisdom teeth, for which she recommended surgery since, as she said: "I don't have the strength to pull them out". My son being a 6'2" young kid, already in College. Melba, you hold a very special place in our hearts. My daughter Laura is now a Veterinarian and José, your "giant" baby boy, is a Technology professional and also an Army Reserve Officer, both of them working overseas.
