She has the most amazing analytical approach to making prescriptions, and explaining everything. Never had an eye exam like this in all my life. She was even able to have me try on the lenses she recommended using a modular glasses kit. These were for viewing computer monitors for work, so she had me test it out on her monitor. This is the most advanced setup I have ever seen. She spent triple the amount of time with me than any other eye doctor. Do not go anywhere else!

Eventually, I realized that the prescription they gave me was wrong. When I called them to fix it, they told me that the limit for a re-test is 3 months, and I was outside the limit. This place is absolutely terrible. I mean, the worst…read more First, they incorrectly diagnosed me with a hole in my retina. I went to a retina specialist and they said I 100% don't have a hole in my retina. Then when I went back to Cool Springs Eye care and told them they legitimately laughed at me as if it was obvious the specialist was wrong (who they recommended to me). Since then I've gotten it checked by multiple other Doctors and confirmed that there is no hole in my retina. Then they got my prescription wrong by nearly a whole point! When I told them that something felt off they acted bothered and told me there is nothing that they can do. Dr. Robin Brady in particular has the unique quality of being both incredibly arrogant and simultaneously laughably wrong about what he's talking about. I've never been to a worse eye doctor before, someone should seriously take his license away. Please steer clear and go to another doctor in town.

I was in dire need of getting my eyes rechecked as my bifocals weren't up to par anymore…read more I was a little annoyed as I had an appointment and was there on time, but 3 other people were taken before me. When I finally got to the pre-test 45 minutes later, I was greeted by a nice young lady, Kelly, who took care of me 2 years ago. She was apologetic as they were running late. No worries after the apology. Then I finally got my eyes tested by another Dr. that I did not know. She has a soft voice and, as I am going deaf asked her to please use her outside, softball voice. We had a good chuckle on that. Well, my eyes had changed, but she was very helpful in explaining why and the pictures she took of my eyes she explained the dark spots. I was worried about how much just the eye exam was going to cost as I don't have vision insurance and wasn't ready to buy new glasses yet. To my surprise, the exam was pretty inexpensive. Only $59.00. Would I go back again? Absolutely. The clientele was very helpful and understanding and very nice.
