She hurriedly slops on the color, yammering that she "knows that she's doing," lol...when she doesn't. The shampoo was likewise sloppy. After plying me with negative stories about her life and other salons around town, she finally sat down in a distant chair (whew! I was finally able to read my book) and proceeded to watch some noisy program. I've never wanted to get out of a business that fast... took a few laps around the filling station afterwards and some deep breaths of gas fumes, lol. A blessed relief!

I've smelled this before & it immediately took me back to One Hotel-Brooklyn, NY. Very high-end. Is it Sage? Is it Citrus with Bergamot? Idk but it smells fantastic. This is another level of customer service that sets the tone for spa services awaiting to be received. Props for this addition because I didn't smell it before downstairs or at their Akers Location.
